a lot of insects inside the villa

I liked the location. It was close to a good sandy beach. It was 25mins walking, 5mins by car. I liked the shared spaces, there were nice tables outside the villas.

I didn’t liked the rooms. Super small, very basic, no space to walk, no place to put your clothes. I didn’t liked that there were no restaurants nearby.

The property is located in a nice area, few mins drive from the beach and perhaps 20mins walk. It is new, spacious and can easily accommodate more than 8 people, if needed. Staff was helpful and responsive.

Something to keep in mind is that there were no toiletries such as mini shampoos and etc. provided. Additionally, the kitchen is not very well equipped beyond plates and forks. If you want to cook you might have to bring/ask the hosts to supply the essentials. There’s no microwave.

Great quiet location. Has everything that is needed. Nice garden and sea views.

Very slow internet. Tiny bedrooms.

The property is perfect for a group of 7-8 people. It’s clean and it has washing machine, iron, kitchen etc. We easily cooked breakfast downstairs , it had everything necessarily in the kitchen. It’s a quiet place with almost no neighbors, just a few.

Remote quiet place with beautiful garden, in the nature. Host was a great guy, very helpful.

The bathrooms are very small. Internet was really bad, signal available only on the ground floor, host said it will be fixed.

The villa has a very beautiful garden and its only 5 minutes by car from the center of Pefkochori with many beaches around! Definitely recommended!
