Propane Tank The trailer comes standard with an 11 pound propane. This primary tank may be empty or may have residual gas from the previous guest and you may fill it on your own. Note, this size tank cannot be exchanged at the store. For your convenience, a pre-filled spare tank is supplied for purchase. You will be charged the add-on price upon return if the seal is broken. Note: Per the manufacturer, the water heater and cabin heater may not function above elevations of 5000 ft. Please keep this in mind for cold weather environments and ensure you have appropriately rated sleeping bags for the conditions. • Water system not available if planning a trip in freezing conditions.
