As shown in the layout photo, there are 4 beds. The bunk in the rear, and the table bed sleep a single (or two small children on the table bed). The larger bed to the rear, and the couch bed in the front are both essentially "full-size" beds, that can sleep 1-2 adults. The trailer weighs just over 4300 lbs empty. I have a new gas generator (Honda 2200i - top of the line) that can also be rented, if desired (e.g., if no hookups are available). It will power everything except the AC unit.
