We went for the NCAA regional and this was the perfect place. Was able to walk to the games. TV is a smart tv. I took my laptop and connected to watch other games. Host was easy and responsive . It is between 2 bars but did. It bother us at all. Would stay here again!

Wow, where do I start? May be with few positive things. Check-in was as smooth as it can be. Property manager communicated all required information way in advance. Overall property manager was responsive, but seemed to be frustrated about our complaints. Problems: 1. Parking was extremely tight. There were 5 VRBO designated spots and couple other spots designated for local employees. Parking any car above midsize would be a major headache. 2. 2nd night we came back and no parking was available. I located one of the cars that was parked there without proper permit. I contacted property manager, but she said towing truck cannot be there until the following morning. I was told to park anywhere I can at my own risk of being towed. 3. Property itself was fairly clean, with exception to absolutely filthy top of the refrigerator. Kitchen had all very outdated appliances with ugly 100 year old cabinets that had very nice granite countertops. 4. Property had new laminate flooring, but it had many uneven spots. 5. Vents looked very rusty and dirty. 6. Beds were actually quite comfortable with nice memory foam mattresses, but we didn’t get to enjoy them as much as we could. 7. This property is located at Toomers Corner of Auburn’s Campus right between Southeastern and Sky Bars. I was mislead by 2-3 top reviews giving this place 5 stars. If I read other reviews I would probably never stay at this place. Noise level that two bars were producing was simply unbearable. Earplugs, noise canceling headphones don’t help at all. Floor, windows, walls and bed were vibrating so badly from low base music being played at both bars that sleeping was not an option until 3:00am! 7. When music is finally being stopped at 3:00am and you think you will get some sleep, you better be ready for construction lifts to start working at 6:00am at the job site right next to this property! 8. After 2 sleepless nights we couldn’t tolerate this anymore and checked out early. Property manager processed the refund for one night, but in my opinion we should be refunded full amount as places like this should never be rented out to anyone without clear and bold description specifying noise level at this place. Stay away from this place, unless you are visiting Toomer’s Corner and plan to get completely wasted at the local bars. I think I couldn’t drink enough even in my college days yo be able to sleep at this place.

The perfect place for adults looking to experience gameday on the Plains. As close as you can get to campus. Set between two busy bars, which the host mentions in the description. Nice of them to supply white noise machines in the rooms!

It’s in the heart of auburn campus. The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for everything was very clear. The only thing I wish could’ve been in there was a full length mirror.

We've stayed in one of Amanda's units before, and you cant beat the location. Pillows and beds are comfortable. Wish the TV had live TV - you have to use one of your streaming services. But other than that, the place was exactly as expected.

As mentioned in the description, the bar noise was loud, but the location offset that inconvenience. Sound machines and ear plugs help too!

Excellent location embedded in downtown Auburn. Perfect for our road game trip to see a football game. Across the street from campus and less than a mile from the football stadium, we took advantage of the auburn social scene. Night time bar life is a definite issue for those looking to head to bed early but the noise machines provided were a definite plus.

Very nice, clean and comfortable property within walking distance of Auburn U's campus. Great access to Auburn restaurants, bars and nightlife. Host responds quickly.

We had a great weekend and even cooked a home cooked meal for our college freshman! It was loud at night but those noise maker things do wonders and I slept great!

I loved the convenience of the location right in downtown Auburn. It can be loud at night but that didn't bother us. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Looking forward to staying here again!

In town for a swim meet with my daughter and my mom. We had a great stay at Magnolia #10. The location is wonderful! The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was a perfect size for the 3 of us. The music does start at the bars below about 9:00 and it goes until well after midnight BUT we turned the noisemakers on and were able to go to sleep without any trouble. We would absolutely stay there again.

You can't find a place to stay any closer to Auburn University. Super convenient to campus, restaurants, shops, etc, and Toomer's Drug Store.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Linen Company . The apartment was clean and had very nice furniture. The beds were super comfortable. Yes, the area is loud at night but once you close the doors to the apartment, you can barely hear the music. The front patio area overlooks Toomers and would be great fun during football season! We will be back for sure!

My friends and I were in town for the weekend and stayed at Amanda's apartment in Auburn. The unit was clean and had the basic essentials. Like previous reviews, I think the addition of full length mirrors would be helpful as we all were trying to get ready with one mirror. The sound machines were useful.

This place was within walking distance from everything we needed! Being Right in the heart of downtown was super fun. It is a bit loud at night being in between the bars, but the apartment was surprisingly quiet. You’ll hear some noise but it didn’t bother our sleep at all!

Good experience. Noise machines in bedrooms helped as well as personal ear plugs. This apartment is on the third floor between two of the busiest bars in downtown Auburn. Clean unit. You should add mirrors in the bedrooms so people can get ready as others are using the shower. Other than that it was good. Towels big and fluffy. Everything was close by and everyone was looking for parking so it felt like a win that we had a great spot reserved.
