The unit was clean and easy to check into. Neighborhood is great and walkable, with beach, parks, and restaurants/bars within blocks, but still quiet at night. Kitchen is minimally stocked (just a few plates and bowls, knives are not good), but with no dishwasher fewer dishes was ok. Second bed could be updated (soft in middle, so two adults roll towards it), and lighting (all floor lamps, few on switches or near beds for reading) and toilet tank cover (cracked) could be improved. But great overall for our weeklong stay.

We had a great time in IRB! This location has easy access to the beach, and multiple parks and shopping/restaurants. It is a nice area in which to walk. It was quiet and we felt safe.

The unit was very clean, but the ad said there was a washer & dryer; there was not one. We had planned a day on the beach with our little dog & to our dismay, NO DOGS were allowed on the beach! EVER!! Totally messed up our plans so that information should be noted, especially since the unit was pet friendly; we assumed the beach also was the same.

This is a great little spot to stay. Walk down the street right to the beach and restaurants. I had made an error and booked only one night and meant to book 2 and didn’t notice till the night before. They were quick to respond and called and talked with me and got me my additional night no problem. My only thing was I was confused on which side to go in since it was a duplex and went to the back door instead of the front but we got it squared away. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quickly little getaway.

The beach was close to property. Very clean and we had an amazing stay! We will be back!

Our check in process was quick and simple. There was ample parking, a fenced yard and the home had everything we needed.
The beauty was the location. Once we parked the car we didn’t use it again till we left. I was able to take my daughter and dogs right around the block to a park to play and the beach was a couple blocks away. We spend the day there and then returned each night to watch the sunset.
Each night we tried a different restaurant which again was walking distance from our place.

Clean and spacious enough. Fenced yard needs repair. Due to hurricane prep, was unable to get towels to washer to start. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Bakeware is needed in kitchen.

We had a great relaxing weekend! Check in was very easy! The location was awesome..just a short walk to the beach and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed for a week and we’re pleased with the property. It is just as described - has chairs, carts etc for the beach. It’s a block from the beach access, convenience stores and trolley stops. Great communication with owner - who was very accommodating to our requests. Would both recommend and stay again!

A great little find was convenient shops, the beach and to several parks within a five minute drive at max, two of which you can walk to within 5 minutes. If you have kids, make sure to get him a Mccough park (turtle park).

I enjoyed my stay in this duplex, and found it very comfortable, private and. in a great neighborhood. Of course it is close to the beach (3-4 short blocks to the nearest access) and the numerous chairs, umbrellas, mats, wagons for the beach were a welcome extra. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little duplex, wonderful location.
Location is great, just a short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, very clean home and with everything we needed even a cart to take our stuff to the beach.
Bedrooms are the perfect size with comfortable beds but it gets warm at night so we had to leave bedroom doors open so we could sleep comfortably.
Only complaint we have is that Sunday night when we got back from eating dinner the place was stinking terribly of weed, had to open doors and windows and turn on the fan to try to get the smell out. We believe whoever was renting the front Unit was smoking away 😖

Good Location But Terrible Experience
We were there for 3 days, and the location is a couple blocks off the beach but easy walk to the stores on main drag. I walked in the morning around the neighborhood and there were lots of people also out walking. We had a good experience for most of the trip but on the last morning we had a sewage backup and were unable to use the shower or bathroom for 3 hours. The smell was terrible and we could not use water because if we did the sewage backed up. Not sure what caused it but the water was everywhere - in the bathroom, bedroom and hallway. In the bedroom closet it is stained like this has been an issue before. So we called the number but management did not respond until I sent a message through VRBO. They said they would get a plumber out but unfortunately it was not in time to allow for us to shower before leaving. This made the otherwise good stay feel terrible and not to mention the awful smell.

Well maintained property. Had the opportunity to meet the maintenance man Mike who was very helpful providing local information and he made sure everything we needed was provided. Also was able to meet Anna the lady who cleans the residence. She was also very helpful and was able to show us how to access local TV via Spectrum. There were no instructions provided.

We enjoyed the vacation, but had a few issues with staying here. The outdoor area for griling is shared and we spent 2 days listening to our neighbors pounding on a rock with his grandkids. Plus, our neighbors kept using the washer machine for our side which is hooked up to our hot water heater and so we had trouble getting enough hot water because she washed loads daily in hot water...which also means that I could barely use the washer for my family. The walk way is so narrow to get to side b that we couldn't get the beach wagon passed her items(side A) you had to pick up the wagon and lift it over the narrow and crowded area in order to exit. Other than that, it was a cute and clean place.

This was very disturbing as we had read reviews saying how clean this house was, but it has a very serious roach infestation. The price to rent here is too high to have a roach problem of this magnitude.
Also this is not a full house, its a house divided in 2 units which was not disclosed. The bathroom door was broken and the master bedroom door was hard to close.

Locations the property and check in were super easy. Great location. The property was clean and welcoming. We stayed 4 night and had a wonderful time. Only a short distance from the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be booking with this company again!

Wonderful getaway!
House was perfect for 4 adults. Location to beach was quick and easy. Along the way to the beach, you pass produce stand, convenient store, ice cream and more. The beach wagon, 4 chairs, umbrella, beach towels were a huge bonus! And the grilled worked great. Thank you!
