First thing, the location was perfection. We barely traveled more than 4 miles for anything we did or needed. The beach, food, surf rentals, bike rentals, and more..
The condo was very nice overall, it was clean and updated. The upstairs master shower did look a bit iffy, but other than that it looked great. The downstairs bedroom had poor lighting for us, two lamps wasn't quite enough, there were no Tupperware containers for leftovers, the living TV must have had poor reception because we couldn't get through a movie without it losing multiple times..little things like that. The outdoor furniture downstairs was not appealing, but was great on the other levels. The fact that there was covered parking was huge.. my car was cool every time I got in and on those 100°+ days that was amazing.
Overall, this place was great. We would definitely stay again. Messaged out to the owners and they got back to me ASAP.

Property was pristine and we loved the remodeled bathroom downstairs. Incredible location right on a part of the beach that isn't very busy and also a market across the way on the corner. We really loved the deck off the master bedroom as well - great place to end the day! This was a quick visit but we are definitely planning to come back for a longer stay!

House location and ocean view view was awesome. Mostly stores were accessible within 5 mins.
Inside the rooms so many places we found dead cockroaches and bugs, bit scared because We went with 2 infants as they started crawling.
Back side of the room’s attached bathroom was having very slow running water, couldn’t utilize.
Hope owner/manager would resolve these issues.

Check-in was easy.
Quick get away for grandaughter to enjoy beach. Condo very spacious and clean. Loved the oceanfront view. Host very easy to contact. Thanks for letting us stay. We hope we can visit again.

Location certainly seemed promising and it was great - right on the beach as promised. The property itself and the host were mediocre at best. If you and a group of friends want a crash pad to party at the beach, this is your place. If you are used to what I would consider normal amenities for a property at this price point at this time of the year, you will likely end up disappointed. Here are a few items I noted in our stay that led me to my rating and feedback:
- first floor tub not cleaned and had substantial amount of sand left in it
- no dish towels, sponges or dish soap in kitchen
- no travel size shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the bathrooms
- television did not work correctly in living room - could only tune to MTV but was able to watch Prime - kind of a big deal with Thanksgiving weekend football and the World Cup in full swing
- overall cleanliness wasn't good in my view
- received painful bug bite on my neck after sleeping in upstairs master bedroom bed - still not clear what it is
Overall, great location, very meh experience.

I have lived on the beach in FL so know how hard it is to keep up a beach house. It iis obvious that a lot of attention has gone into keeping the inside and outside in pristine condition. Appreciated the quality and comfort of the furniture (especially the star gazing chairs on the top porch) and the new appliances in kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you might need. If Carolina Beach is your destination do not hesitate to rent this property.

Just as advertised. Right on the beach and a short jaunt down the private boardwalk to the ocean. The views were awesome..we slept with the patio door open to better hear the waves crashing against the shore. Incredible!!

The property is at a great location along the beach. However, when we arrived, the place was not clean. There was dirt on the carpet, dead bugs -including cockroaches throughout the place. There were dead cockroaches in the shower, and we were unable to use it. We ended up cleaning/sweeping/mopping the place ourselves due to it being sandy. The downstairs bathroom toilet was leaking. The plumbing is quite old. There was not enough bedding and mattresses are old. The owner replied but did not do anything to help resolve the above issues. We were unhappy with the condition of the place and believe it needs to be treated before renting it out again. This is just unacceptable.

The property is ideally located, with back decks that can look out on the beach, and you can walk right out day or night. We brought our 3 teens and our 2 golden retrievers and had a great time. There is a small yard in the back for the pups, and some additional grass across the street on a public lot.
The unit itself was very spacious, 3 bedrooms (all of which were large and essentially have a matching bathroom), and even the kids room upstairs which was shared by 2 kids, had a lot of space for them to spread out with their stuff.
Some of the unit was a bit dated, the bathrooms (older toilets and tubs), and the kitchen floors were just new vinyl slapped over the older surface, but this isn't a surprise given that the units themselves aren't new. Toilets are a bit slow to flush being older.
Air conditioning worked great (important), they had an outdoor shower which was great for washing off any salt or sand after swimming in the ocean. There's also a nice cafe a few houses down the street that has everything from coffee to breakfast and acai bowls. Could walk over in your flip flops for lunch or breakfast any time.
Overall we had a great stay, and would certainly return.

Lovely stay. Pet friendly and perfect for family vacation!
Great location just steps from the beach. Loved being able to just look out the sliding glass doors and see the waves or sit out on the decks to read while hearing the waves crashing. This was our first time bringing our little dog with us and it was so special to make memories with him. Our adult children loved the location and the amenities. We had great communication with the property manager/owners who promptly addressed any issues that arose. We'll definitely be back!

My sister, mom, and I enjoyed our stay at this ocean front property. Great location and floor plan. We were able to check in early as well since no one stayed immediately before us which was super helpful.

My friends and I spent this past weekend at this property. We could say so much to describe our stay but we can summarize it by saying, We loved the property and the property owners couldn't be nicer!!! The location of the property is excellent- Ocean front and the view of the ocean is gorgeous!! We also love that there is a patio with private access to the beach. The bedrooms are very spacious, especially the master bedroom where there is balcony looking right over the ocean.....what a view!!!
The owners are so nice and accommodating!! They responded immediately to a few minor issues which we notified them upon arrival just so they would be aware. But they were really diligent and fixed EVERYTHING right away! Not to mention that the communication before and during our stay was very fluid and timely.
The property is well maintained. It is kept very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of linens and towels.
We will be recommending it to everyone we know!!!

House exactly as advertised! View from top deck master bedroom really nice, slept with door open which was so relaxing to fall asleep listening to the ocean waves. Beach was not crowded this time of year which was another plus. Owner super nice and responded promptly.! Extra beach chairs and boogie boards were an added bonus. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

This beach house was just as pictured. The family of 6 adults all had enough room. Front beach access was so nice and enjoyed. I would recommend and use. There is jo hair dryer. But I think it didn’t say that there was one. Overall great place.

We had our wedding right on the beach behind the condo. It was the perfect place to stay. Love how the bedroom has balcony overlooking the ocean.
