This place was wonderful! Ashley, both Brandons and Shawna were so professional with helping us with EVERYTHING! The amenities like beach towels, beach chairs, laundry detergent, toaster oven, microwave, etc. was above and beyond anywhere we have every stayed. My husband, myself and our two adult sons found it a perfect size and would recommend it to anyone who asked. If you are a light sleeper we would encourage you to use the AC at night as white noise…it is called Moutain Breeze for a reason :) So grateful to have found this place for our first trip to STJ! .

Our Host was incredibly easy to work with and stayed in touch our entire stay to answer any questions! Mountain Breeze literally had everything we needed! It was like being in our home away from home. We did not want for anything (coolers, beach towels, sunscreen, bluetooth speaker, family games, all the cooking supplies we needed to make our meals) We even baked homemade cookies! I can not put into words how incredible the views of St. John & St Thomas we’re from this property, breath taking!! i will book with Brandon and team again!

This cottage is a gem! Beautiful space with breathtaking views… sunrise in the back and sunset in the front. A little challenging to find so I’d suggest a conversation in advance about finding the road where you need to turn in. Well worth the 15-minute drive into the hills from Cruz Bay.

The house has a beautiful view and everything you need to have a perfect vacation. The beach towels and coolers were very much appreciated. Location is central and easy to get multiple locations. We loved open Mic night at Lucy's and Maho beach swimming with the turtles.

A+ rating on our stay at mountain breeze! The layout of the house was perfect, very clean, no issues at all and the host was amazing. He kept in touch with us and texted very quickly if we needed any recommendations for supper or beaches. Brandon met us at the ferry, showed us to the house (Rent the Jeep! You’ll need it.), and made sure we were comfortable. Top perks that we loved the most at Mountain breeze: The view is amazing, laundry worked well, the bathroom was perfect, airflow flowed perfectly the entire time, small little backyard for the kids to play in, well stocked kitchen, outdoor grill was fantastic, not far from town, beds were super comfortable and check in/out was super easy. Would love to return to mountain breeze or might also check out one of their other properties. Can’t wait to get back to St. John!

Customer service was amazing, made all the difference. The house and view are gorgeous. We loved it.

Noone was staying in the lower level, so we had tremendous privacy. Sunsets over the water are spectacular. House is very clean and kitchen is well-equipped. View out the rear windows overlooks a gorgeous valley to the water also!

This property is set up high on gift hill with great views from both the front and back of the property. Sunrise and sunset! Nicely decorated clean and spacious home. Was perfect for our family of 4. Two daughters 6 and 10. As returning guests to St. John each year We had a great time at this property and will look again to book at the same place. Only thing to mention is the rough rock surface sections on the road going into property. But this is common for some properties on the island so we did not let it bother us:) all the other positives of this place outweighed this small concern. Great property!

Absolutely enjoyed every minute on the island of St. John and returning to this property at the end of the day was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Daphne met us at the ferry and graciously escorted us to the home. So grateful for her recommendations from food to hiking and beaches. The home is beautifully updated, cozy and relaxing. Loved the views and grateful for the hospitality. Highly recommend and will stay here again if our future travels bring us back to the island.

The Cottage is in a great location, ~7 minutes from Cruz Bay and ~20 minutes from Coral Bay. The Cottage also has amazing views to the East and West for sunset and sunrise. Check-in and check-out was super simple as was communication with the host.

The process with management was so seamless. They were very accommodating with us changing plans last minute. They also personally accompanied us to the property, making it incredibly stress free. The place was spotless and had everything you would need for a beach vacation. It was spacious and inviting with a great bathroom and very comfortable beds. Not to mention the beautiful views. Would highly recommend!
