Our family stayed here (2 adults, 2 kids -7 and 9) on our first trip to Bald Head. We loved it!! The condo was so nice and comfortable. Layout was great. Golf cart was fun to have. Washer/dryer were so helpful to have, as we went to the beach every day. Beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes were all great extras to have!

My family enjoyed staying here. The owner was very responsive to my questions and very accommodating as well. The umbrella was broken, but she sent over a new one within an hour! Beds were comfortable (and I’m very picky when it comes to beds) and the entire place was very clean. We would stay here again.

What a beautiful condo, so nicely renovated. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with necessities. The host made sure there were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pods, laundry detergent, dish detergent, shampoo & conditioner etc. There are bikes and beach chairs available to use. A linen closet stocked with fresh sheets and towels. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep with comfortable bedding. Great location-close to shopping and dining. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again!

We had such a great stay at this condo! It is exactly as pictured and extremely clean - probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. We enjoyed the central location on the island and loved that it was close to the market. We cooked a couple of meals here and the kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything I needed. At one point I realized I forgot to bring our small cooler to bring drinks and snacks to the beach, but DeAnne had a cooler available that saved us! So much thought was put into the condo and as a family traveling with children, it was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

I am usually not blown away by vacation rentals. I was completely blown away at the cleanliness, amenities, and thought that Deanne has put into this rental. She had everything a family would need and then some. She has thought of everything and ensured that the experience is fabulous! The location on the island is perfect as it’s close to everything. That being said, the condo feels secluded as it is near the end of the street and has a wooded area behind it. We were there for 6 nights and have already started planning our next stay! Thank you for making our trip so wonderful!

The condo is a centrally located in the forest and filled with all needed things to cook and be comfortable away from home. The owner is very thoughtful with touches( blankets, guides, coffee pods, even a satin pillowcase and tons of pillows). The condo was very clean and came with bikes, golf cart, chairs, beach toys, biggie boards, beach towels, ice packs and a cooler. There was enough pods for the wash machine and dishwasher for the week so no need to pick up more. This made packing for the ferry so much easier. It was perfect for a family of 4. It was a 10 minute walk or a super quick golf cart ride to the best beach( south beach) , to the grocery store, and the BHI club. The only issue we ran into (which is not in owners control )was the upstairs neighbors as we heard them walking around late at night ( past 12) and our last two nights playing music ( or a loud tv) very late into the night to the point we had to use a noise machine app to go back to bed. Not a huge issue during the day, but if you are a light sleeper be aware. The value of the place though made it such a great deal to stay in such a magical peaceful island. Our kids want to go back next summer! Loved our stay at the condo and at BHI.

Wonderful stay!

We had our honeymoon on the island this past week and enjoyed the condo. The community pool was nice and usually not in use! Good location on island as well!

We came in for a wedding and had the ladies doing the music staying with us. The twin beds and separate bathrooms were perfect for that. Owner was quick to respond to messages and very friendly! Word of caution: if you are over 6 ft tall, definitely watch your head when going to the golf cart!

SUCH a great condo!! Well-appointed; great decor, clean, nice complex with a pool. SUPER comfy beds and nice bedding! Outstanding communication with Owner. Can’t say enough good things about it! Perfect for our family of 4.

Condo was just as pictured. Clean and stocked with everything you would need! Definitely would book again and highly recommend.

Condo was beautifully updated, had all the needed amenities, and was super comfortable. Cannot recommend highly enough. Central location and access to bikes (not the newest, but gets the job done) and quality beach chairs made it easy to enjoy the island. Definitely recommend east beach north of Shoals Club - expansive and gorgeous. Note, this is a first floor unit so you’ll definitely hear any guests upstairs.

Our first time at BHI and the accommodations were clean and perfectly lovely. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed. We had a nice trip and would love to stay again.

This Island is always something special! We were thankful for another week well spent at the Island and DeAnne’s condo. The place had everything we needed and was very well maintained, clean and even had items that other places normally don’t provide, such as shampoo, conditioner and soap.

This property was beautiful on the inside and the location on the island was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay on the island, and the condo with access to the four-seater golf cart was perfect! The possible membership to the golf course for the week was perfect for my family as my son and husband golfed everyday while I explored. :)

This condo was very nice and well kept. It was well stocked with supplies (beach towels, bath towels, K-cups, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc.). Also had plenty of beach chairs and toys. We enjoyed access to the community pool as well. The owner answered questions I had promptly and also worked with us on an early tram arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo and BHI!

Our family had a wonderful stay at DeAnne’s place - very clean and modern with all the amenities needed and centrally located. DeAnne was so helpful both during the booking process and in helping us get ready for our visit to the island- can’t thank her enough!

Great experience for the family. Recommend. If you’ve never done the fairy thing before be forewarned the exit shuttle arrived much earlier than we anticipated leaving us scrambling to gather or belongings and button things up.
