We travel a lot , especially to Florida and Navarre . Normally 6 times a year. This condo , was perfect! Everything was a 5 star ! We too are in the hospitality and have resort and hotel we were very impressed. By far the only condo to stay in while in Navarre . Great job guys ❤️ they have thought of everything, and housekeeping is spot on . Thank you again for a wonderful stay

My family of four loved this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. Very clean, great beach decor, very comfortable beds, 3rd floor unit has great view of beach and pier. We loved sitting on the balcony morning and night listening to the waves. Lots of little details make this condo a great choice for any family!

We loved our week long stay in this condo, the unit was clean and loved that every bed has white sheets! Location was great and the view for the 4th fireworks was amazing from the balcony since they were shot from the end of the pier. This is a great location and building to stay in if you have a family.

This rental was absolutely perfect!!! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, optimal location and incredible views! This property was one of the best rentals we have had in over 20 years of vacation rentals in the Florida panhandle. Highly recommend and we WILL be back!

This was our third year staying at Summerwind West, but our first year in this certain condo. The condo was clean and ready a little earlier than the 4pm check in, which was nice. The upgrades made in this condo are also very nice! The master bath shower, amazingggg. Brandon was also great at communicating back and fourth.
I'd say the only real complaints were that there were not a lot of bath towels and there are lots of knick·knacks that we were moving around to protect from our 2-year-old. Other than that, we loved it and hope to be back again next summer!

Very large three bedroom, three bathroom unit overlooking the water. Gorgeous views. Gorgeous balcony. Full kitchen. The host was totally responsive and easy to work with. Beautiful stretch of Beach in Navarre. Would gladly return to this unit over and over again.

This was our second fall break in a row to visit this condo. We love it here. All amenities are provided. Property manager is easy to work with. We will probably try to come back again next fall.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean, the view was amazing and having 3 pools so close was great for the kids. Brandon was very quick to reply and very accommodating. Thanks for the great week! Will hopefully come back

The property is beautiful. We were not informed prior to arrival that the shades in the master bedroom (and the den) were not operational. When we inquired, we were informed that previous guests had broken the shades and new ones would not arrive until after our stay. When asked if there could be anything done to temporarily correct the problem, we were told not to put holes in the walls and that it might be helpful to purchase eye masks. The condo is on the 3rd floor-there is no privacy at night in the master bedroom and the sun rises at/before 6am. Needless to say, we did not rest well. We would have appreciated a little more accommodation, especially since this was not known prior to our arrival.

Great place on the beach
Great place to stay on the beach. Just steps from the sands. Located on 3rd floor with a perfect view of the ocean. Chairs on the wrap around balcony to enjoy the sunset in the afternoon or morning coffee. Pool was clean. Area for grilling. Beds were very comfortable and have quality sheets and bedding, pillows were comfortable also. Closet full of sand toys, chairs and boards. Kids loved the snack shop. Great smoothies (nonalcoholic but adults can easily go back to the room and add alcohol 😉) and nachos. Only 2 cars allowed in the parking lot (but plenty of lots close by to park extra vehicles). AC works great!!! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed in several places around the south and on the beach. This place is beautiful! Super clean and modern! We had beautiful weather and the beach is amazing! It was really hard to pack up and travel home! We will be back!

I would also recommend bringing your own toilet paper, dishwasher pods, detergent and garbage bags if staying more than 2-3 nights. the owner provides two of each but you will need more if staying for a week or so. overall had a great experience at this condo, with the owners, people at the building and navarre beach!! would recommend to anyone!

Extras mean a lot!!
We didn’t have to purchase the basics(toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, condiments, …) which meant a lot! The decorations are amazing as well as views from the deck. Loved it!!

Not going into detail but we were accused of ruining sheets and pillows with stains and stealing a sheet and blanket, which is ridiculous! We stripped all the beds and the sheets were fine. So they didn’t give us our deposit back, when we did everything they asked us to and even vacuumed the place the night before. Stained sheets can be washed and don’t cost $500.00. I think they need a new cleaning crew, because they forgot to leave us important documents upon arrival and they’re liars. Navarre is beautiful but this owner is a thief.

View was amazing.lot of space in this condo .perfect condo for my family .Good Manger..on top of everthing we needed ..even information where to get some good crab legs..the fireworks were awesome from our condo balcony from the Pier..also saw dauphin from balcony .was the best vacation..make sure you book enough days like we did or even more .you will not regret it ..I promise..listening to the waves will put you in heaven.very nice bunch of people working there..make sure you go down and see the girls at the gift shop on the first floor..good people..good smoothies and do a little shopping .Everything was so convenient..it was the best ..A big Thank you to Brandon our host and wife. New friends made all over the beach Loved it..clen condo and everything we need for my son in law to do some good cooking in the kitchen ..we just needed food and he loves to cook grocery store not far away..a lil bit of heaven on the beach with my family ..perfect place to stay and relax
