The room and the bathroom were clean, everything was set inside. Nice neighborhood, kinda of a good location. Quiet and safe.

I couldn't enter the room for 4 hours after I arrived at the place. It turned out I hadn't paid the deposit fee yet I hadn't sent my ID picture to the owner. First of all, I didn't know I had to, I didn't see such information when reserving the room. More than that, the deposit was $100, which is going to be sent back in a couple of weeks. Since I realized it was going to take a while to get all the information to get in the house, I had to leave all of my stuff at the house next door (neighbors) and then go to the city. After I got approved (it took a few hours), I had to come back, take my stuff, and finally get in the room. The neighbors were not surprised about this, they noticed it's hard to get inside of the house. As soon as I got in, I heard somebody knocking at the door. It was another guest. I guess I saved him 4 hours when opening the doors to enter the house. Apperantly, he hadn't received the instructions too. Not surprised at all. Another thing, even with the instructions it was extremely hard to enter the house. The keypad didn't even look on, so I had to call the owner again. My one and only day in Philadelphia was wasted, I would never recommend this place for young people who are visiting Philly for a night or two. It's not worth staying there when literally nobody is there to help you or just simply let you in.

The apt was clean and isolated from external noises.

What could have been better? The owner should me more specific in describing the property. I expected a room with TV (and easy access to cable channel) and air conditioner inside the room which I didn’t have. I made a mistake in booking this place but it was because the terms were not descriptive and exact. What is described as “the room details” in Booking.com are in reality “the apt details.”

The lady is extremely rude and unhelpful never replied to my email prior to our arrival when we got there I wanted to find out if I could leave my car as we were two hours early before check in. No-one to talk to. Tried to call lady just said "too early " then put the phone down Tried to call again she was extremely rude then eventually didn't pick up. .

Close to subway. Free street parking nearby.

Requests for extra costs for "manage the deposit" after booking. Moreover freezes deposit money for weeks. I was bitten to the blood in the bed by something. Fan did not work. Air conditioner works but not freeze.

There wasn’t soap in the bathroom

The place is so dirty, it is disgusting. I found bed bugs on the bed and I had to run out. Also the pictures on the website are not the same as the room that I was in. Everything is so old... GROSE!!! AND THEY'RE ALSO FIGHTING FOR A REFUND!!!! What a SHAME! Look at the pictures!

I'm not informed in anyway that the room I booked had no window. They need visitors to bank in cleaning deposit of US$104 beforehand and because my wife has medical need to use some deep heating cream for her painful legs, the company only return US$100 deposit after our stay (that is took us US$4 from the deposit) because of the smell of the cream (in a room without window!!!!).

Pretty good location, close to the train and a Starbucks and Target

I didn’t have code. When it was sent to me there was poor WiFi at property and they refused to send text as I had an overseas phone. Lucky for me a Japanese lady staying at property let me in and let me share her roaming app. Room big and everything in it bar a mirror which was be massive improvement

The place is in the downtown area so it is fast to access places in the city.

The apartment is old and small and the facilities are at the bare minimum. Many flies and bugs inside. To get the door code I was asked to provide ID photos and pay additional deposit and convenience fees. The customer service was not friendly when I called them. Overall very poor experience. I booked 2 nights and only stayed 1 night. Could not bear with it for any additional minute.

Convenient location. Deposit (which I didn't realize would be required when I booked) was refunded in full without any problem. Quick response times from the contact person via chat.

The location is great, a block and a half away from the broad Street line Subway, makes it easy to get anywhere in the city very quickly and cheaply.

My expectations of the room, as well as the rest of the facilities was higher than what was provided, but that was my fault for misreading the listing. Everything was clean, well maintained, and kept it a reasonable temperature. Entry to the building, as well as the unit, was quick and easy.

No TV bathroom didn't work they blame the toilet back up on me when they say they have bad Plumbing but I didn't mind using the plunger

There was cigarettes odor in all rooms, was disgusting. Communication was horrible.
