Loved the room layout, like mini apartments. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Breakfast staff was exceptional. Went out of their way to serve my children, definitely went above and beyond. So wonderful!

We planned to use the pullout bed for kids but there were no linens anywhere in the room, it was late so we all just crashed in the big king bed, it was ok but linens stored in the room would’ve been nice. I did notice crumbs in the pull out bed as we were getting it out as well, but not terrible

room was way too small. felt like a dorm room. the price was way too high for what we got.

Unlike other Elements we've been to, the happy hour and breakfast left much to be desired in terms of food options. Their hot breakfast was so underwhelming, we got breakfast elsewhere. Also, the shower in the room was not great. Cold water had great pressure, but the warmer you made the shower, the less the pressure became. A basic hot shower felt like it was just dripping on you.

Laundry room. I don't know if it was detergent they sold there or the dryer or washer was not cleaned out. It did damage most of the clothes that was washed and dried there.

the breakfast was not good- we stayed 3 nights, we were told breakfast was until 10, but it was 9. so she was pretty rude about serving us and was out of everything, so next day went early but she was still out of everything and would hide in the back and make people wait, juice was empty, coffee was empty and she just made it it seem like it was a hassle to get us breakfast (one reason we chose this place was breakfast) another perk was happy hour, but the machine was broke so no happy hour for us. also the people who also stayed, but were in another room, found a drug scale under their couch. I wasn’t the most impressed.
