The shower in the master bedroom is so cool and unique. I would highly recommend this place to anybody wanting to relax. The only thing that I will say is there were a couple things that needed to be touched up but I feel like that’s everywhere. Specially, when you’re right next to the beach. But it came with all the amenities you can think of that you would need including extra beach, chairs, and a king size pull out couch.

The unit was spacious and bright, with a larger living space than expected and deep couches that suck you in. The kitchen had everything we wanted/needed as well and everything worked great. The beds were comfortable but honestly the sound of the ocean would lull anyone to sleep. Location was great, whether we were going surfing up at the Harbor or grabbing dining and shopping in Carlsbad, everything was close by. Our family had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach home. You truly couldn’t be closer to the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing against the shore from every room. You also have a stunning view of the ocean from the master and main living area. We enjoyed our morning coffee while dolphin watching on the large private deck. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable long weekend away. It was quiet. It was super easy to check in and out. You get your own private garage. If I had to complain about something I would just wish their was more beach. This area is very rocky and really had no sand at all before the waves broke on the shore. We needed to pack up and head to the pier and main beach for the kids to play. This didn’t bother us. The pier is just a quick car ride down the road. But if you are looking to post up at the beach steps from your room it might not be the best location. That being said, it is pretty difficult to complain about this wonderful place. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our time at this property. The ocean was just a few feet from us. We loved the beautiful views and the sound of the ocean waves. It was a great location for any of the area attractions. However, we spent most of our time right there enjoying our closeness to the ocean!! Fantastic!!

It was a nice place. It had a good set up once you got in. It was a little dirty. There was still sand on the floor and it was January. But when we had an issue with the smoke detector they had someone out right away to fix it. I would come back.

The master bedroom has amazing views and both the master bedroom as well as the living room have amazing views and access to the balcony with full ocean views.The facilities are overall really good. I would encourage the owners to do a few changes -- fix up all the alarms and make sure they work well. Fix up the bathroom toilet paper holders (minor fixes).Make sure the kitchen has some more things --like a hot water kettle, some basic coffee, tea, salt, oil, sugar etc so that these little things are available in case someone forgets to get them or checks in late in the night.Overall it is a clean place! The sofas could be more comfortable and although I would rate this an 8/10 in cleanliness-- I would be delighted it was a 10/10 ...as that would make this location +++ facilities combination simply phenomenal.

This was a perfect spot for my husband and me. We loved watching the sunsets on our balcony. The morning breeze and listening to the ocean waves each day was wonderful. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed.

The camp is in San Diego but I didn’t want to stay there and chose to commute instead. We got there a couple days before graduation, took some time to relax, enjoy the view of the ocean, have coffee on the balcony and watch some of the most amazing sunsets ever. This rental gives you the comfort of home and vacation. In walking distance is the beach entrance, a fantastic coffee shop called The Cup, the pier, Top Gun house, 333 Pacific steakhouse and much more! Worth every Penny and stay as long as you possibly can! Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves. It’s an experience you won’t regret.

This unit is right on the beach, with a private garage. You can hear the waves crashing against the rocks with the doors closed! The layout makes it seem so much larger. Kitchen was well equipped including a full sized washer and dryer. Plenty of towels, bath and beach. Easy check in. Couldn’t have asked for anything more

There are three levels and we stayed on the second floor. That was perfect for transporting luggage and groceries since you did not need to go up and down a lot of stairs.Inside was big enough for our family of 4. It was well pretty well stocked with supplies for the kitchen. If you wanted to bake anything, there are not any 9x13 pans or 8x8 pans. There are also not any cookie sheets to cook food in the oven. Those were the only things we noticed that were missing.We had the doors open whenever we were home and the ocean sounds never got old for me. The management company was always available for us if we had questions.

Loved the balcony over the ocean, but Oceanside itself does not have much to offer for restaurants and shops. The action is in Carlsbad. Condo was very clean, loved the garage parking. 2nd bedroom was hot, hot, hot. 2nd person had to sleep on couch with door open to ocean breeze. Need AC in 2nd bedroom. Bring your own beach chairs, although towels were available

Easy check in and clean property. Incredible view with great balcony.

The view and location were perfect for my R&R time. It was exactly as listed. The balcony was my haven of rest. Falling asleep and waking up to the waves was just what I needed and hoped for.

Great layout for multiple families, three units, three kitchens, privacy. Love the property itself. Management is responsive. Check-in and out is a breeze. Unfortunately, this may be our last year, due to deteriorating beach situation. We have watched the beach disappear more and more every year, not just in front of this house but the entire expanse of oceanside. THERE IS NO SAND anymore. No one walks the beach anymore. The owners probably (hopefully!) know this but their private beach area is slowly eroding into the ocean, with a pronounced angular slope increased from last year even worse this year. Its not the owners “fault”, but as a commodity that we as vacation tenants are looking for, its just not what we are coming here for. There has never been direct beach access from this property, but at least the effort to get there was worth it before. It was interesting that in prior years most of the neighboring units were filled. This year it was kind of a ghost town. Where is everyone? Prices rising, yeah. But I have to think the appeal just is no longer there for many people at these prices. One night the waves were so intense that they completely crashed into the deck windows, in the process collapsing our Coleman pop up on the “private beach” area outside the deck area. Fire pit completely unusable...filled with water. I realize that the waves may have been an aberration, but when you’ve been here years in a row, you know a deteriorating situation when you see it.

For those of us who are both the mule that carries everything in and the jack-*** who takes it all back out, Unit B is a straight shot from the road to the condo - no stairs. Unit 3...not so much. The unit could use an extra fan and maybe more soft-white yellow light-bulbs but my EMF sensitive wife juggled some lamps and voila! problem averted. 1st world problems indeed.
