Alex and Rebecca were welcoming, accommodating and very responsive during the entire process. The house was exactly as described, plenty of living space and within minutes to the village and lifts at Stratton Mountain. The house is well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy a few days away before the Christmas craziness. We LOVED it and will definitely be back!

A group of us stayed for the OCR World Championships and the place was exactly right for us. Clean, spacious, quiet but very close to the mountain. The fireplace was so key!! Would absolutely stay here again. Alex was so easy to communicate with and answered my questions right away.

The house is lovely and very comfortable; in a desirable neighborhood close to Stratton. You can actually walk to Stratton Mountain Village in 10 to 15 minutes! The communication with the owners was excellent and found them to be very accommodating and considerate! 100% recommend to anyone looking for a rental at Stratton.

Nice place for a getaway!

Great place to stay. House was just as described and well equipped. We only had family of four but house could hav accommodated one or two more families. My kids only disappointment was that there is no hot tub. Overall great stay.

The house was very private, spacious, clean, and comfortable on a beautiful wooded block with great window views. We enjoyed the beautiful fireplace and the large screen UHD TV had lots of streaming channels for us to enjoy. Alex was in close contact and accommodating. We appreciate being able to take our dog with us. The backyard was very convenient and walking the dogs on the surrounding quiet roads was great with several bubbling brooks along the way. . We also walked the dog on a paved walking path to the village. Easy access to mountain.

We rented the place for all of January/February 2022 and could not have been happier with the entire experience. The pictures are as advertised. The house is as close to ski-on/ski-off as you can be without actually being ski-on/ski-off, which was great for the convenience of being able to pop back into the house for lunch and walking the dog. Easy 10 minute walk to the Stratton village. The Stratton golf course in the winter is great to take your dog to run around during the day. Alex and Rebecca were incredibly responsive, replying fast every time with answers to our questions/concerns (of which there were few). The property manager/caretaker Eddie was amazing with plowing/shovelling/salting the driveway and steps to the front door whenever there was a need. The open living/kitchen/dining space meant it was easy for everyone to hang out altogether and socialize, along with the downstairs rec room for kids to go to. Can't recommend this place high enough.

This is an exceptional rental. The layout is thoughtful and functional. There is ample living room and recreation space. the shuffleboard and pool table are awesome. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed. This is (in our opinion) one of the best neighborhoods-it is private and close to the mountain. This home has a great mudroom area, ready for many to prep and unload. Alex was a terrific host, very communicative, and clear. He checked in to make sure we were settled and throughout the process responded very quickly. The instructions for the home were very clear and the owners provided a really thorough guide to the area for those who are not familiar. We would stay here again for sure and recommend it fully!

We had a great stay. Very close to the village, even with some road construction. Grill is awesome and am now looking to buy one for home! Owner was very responsive.

We are a family of five and a dog and enjoyed the stay very much. The house was large enough for us to sleep, eat, and hang around. We loved the sofa in front of the fireplace! The terrace was very comfortable too. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a three-minute drive from Staratton village that has many restaurants, shops, and deli. We enjoyed the gondola rides to the top of the mountain. My wife and I even took yoga classes there and it was great. The owner is very responsible and the welcome packet is comprehensive. We definitely recommend this house.

We stayed here for the week between Christmas and New Years. It was very clean, warm and cozy. The biggest compliment I can give a vacation rental is that it is comfortable, this house was very comfortable. It had all the little details you expect from a vacation home but don't always get. The games had all the equipment(pool table had the rack and balls, shuffle board had the powder). There were hand towels, regular towels and kitchen towels. A new sponge for the sink, dish washing liquid, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of firewood and kindling, and the most comfortable couch you will ever find in a living room. The location is within walking distance to the slopes, take the shuttle or like my family I can drop them off in the two minutes it takes to get there and I can do it in my jammies. We thoroughly enjoyed the house.

I am a big fan of VRBO and I have been renting for years trough this app and I must says that this property it’s on my top 5 rentals we had. Alex the owner was beyond excellent to respond all my questions and accommodate my requests. The house was clean and very well equipped. It has one of the best couch and the beds are super confortables. We were here for my brothers birthday and we couldn’t do much due to Covid regulations but we went to a near by Family owned farm that was amazing and we had the best time ever playing board games, playing with their pool table and doing home meals for our souls. Thank you Alex for being so awesome with us and we hope to come back again soon! I also want to add that the location was great, very quiet and had great and peaceful mornings in the porch. There is a 7elevent a few minutes away and a small super market, we went to a bigger supermarket just to make sure we had enough options and this was 25 min away but it was nice to see the town and stores around. This is an excellent house for the price, location and everything in it! Loved it !!!
