Our stay was great! The dock was great and we spent hours down there jumping off the top and lower docks. They had SUPS and kayaks to use and the house was perfect for evenings watching the sunset from the fire pit area or deck. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for all 16 of us and even a crib that our youngest slept in. We would definitely stay there again as it was great distance to local wineries and breweries, ice cream places, and restaurants.

The house was perfect for our family! There was a canoe, kayaks and paddle boards ! Plenty of chairs to sit outside and enjoy our beautiful view ! Kitchen well equipped. The house was clean and very spacious ! We look forward to returning. Glenn was a great host ! Our week was perfect!

Our family (parents, children, grandchildren) loved our stay last week at this house on Seneca Lake. It's very close to the town of Watkins Glen, which is very nice if you need to buy anything. We loved the hiking, wine tasting, relaxing on the dock, and using the canoe, kayaks and paddle boards. The fire pit is great - views of the sun setting while sitting by the fire! The house was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with everything anyone might need. Every bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake. We loved it!

Beautiful location, amazing accommodations, very functional living space for large/multiple families. Everything we needed to enjoy homemade meals. Great memories for the entire family.

The house is beautiful and worked very well for our extended family of 11 - 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 7 months to 6 years old). Being right on the water creates amazing views and easy access. The proximity of the house to Watkins Glenn and to breweries/wineries made it very convenient as well.

This isn’t your usual VRBO rental. It is an experience. Photos don’t do the home and property justice. It is breathtakingy in person, with every detail you can imagine. Excellent communication with the owner before and during our visit. Check in was incredibly easy, so we could focus on relaxing, enjoying the home and local activities. The only thing I’d do differently next time is stay longer.

Our family cannot say enough positive things about this house directly on Lake Seneca. House stocked with every essential. We enjoyed the firepit and sitting on the beautiful dock. The views from the terrace are off the charts including the magnificent sunsets. And Glenn is a first rate owner who was very responsive. Simply an A+ renting experience.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property. The pictures do not do the house justice. We visited when it was still too cold to take advantage of the lake but I would love to return when it’s warmer. The kitchen is well-stocked. The house was impeccably clean. There was plenty of firewood for us to make a fire outside in the fire pit. And you are so close to many wineries and breweries. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful. If you are considering booking this property just do it!

We were here celebrating my sister's bachelorette weekend and the house exceeded all of our expectations! It was the perfect size for our party. The cleanliness, amenities and views were spectacular. The host was easily accessible when we had questions and flexible on the check-in and check-out times. Overall, we had a great experience working with the Trudell family. This VRBO listing was lovely! Very spacious home, very clean and heavily equipped with kitchen supplies, cooking utensils, etc. Very comfortable stay and beautiful lakeside views! Host was very responsive and friendly. My only negative takeaway is the trash being located at the top of a long, steep driveway. It was not very convenient to take the trash out. And we were worried about creatures getting into it if we left it outside. Not sure how to remedy this though. There may be no work around since a trash truck definitely can’t make it down the drive. Overall, fabulous stay! Would absolutely recommend and I’d even book again! Thank you to Glenn!

The property was fantastic. We loved the location and the kitchen lay out. We could have used one more bathroom for our group - 10 older people. No biggy we made the 4 1/2 bathrooms work for us.

We requested this property on a short noticed. The owners were quick to reply and accommodate us. The property was very nice and exceeded what we expected. We are already looking for a next availability to stay here.

This property is beautiful! I love that there is no TV on the first floor living area. It allows for everyone to focus on each other! The views were beautiful from every single room! Glenn was very responsive and very informative. We would love to stay again!

The house is just as beautiful as the pictures, in a perfect location on the lake. It’s an ideal setup for large groups, with comfortable sleeping accommodations for everyone, and multiple open places to gather—indoor and outdoor dining, indoor and outdoor living rooms, basement TV room, fire pit, and of course the dock! Our only criticisms would be a bit of inconsistency with the hot water/water pressure, and a noisy HVAC unit downstairs. But overall we enjoyed it very much!

Located on beautiful Seneca Lake, this property was perfect for our family of 11 to enjoy a week in the Finger Lakes The house itself was well stocked from top to bottom and was spacious enough to sleep us all comfortably and allow us to have family meals together We loved being right at the lake and the ability to use the kayaks , canoe and floating accessories. At night , we took advantage of the wood burning fire pit The house is near many parks, Watkins Glen , and an easy ride to Corning Thank you Glen for allowing us to stay in your house. We all Agree that we are coming back!

We rented this property as well as the next door property for our family and friends during a week-long reunion and wedding celebration. We really couldn’t be more thrilled with both properties. This house is truly beautiful inside and out and we especially enjoyed dinners on the large patio, using the grill, and spending hours on the dock including paddling, kayaking, and swimming. The host was so gracious and generous and extremely responsive to our numerous inquiries. We really couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house in which to spend a week celebrating family.

This Seneca Lake property was perfectly located between the wine trail and town. The house is brand new and was very comfortable for us and our guests. We enjoyed swimming and jumping off the dock, sitting around the campfire and grilling on the deck. The house has everything you'd expect for a great lake vacation and more...would definitely stay there again.

The lake and dock were perfect to just relax all day; and we spent countless hours (and bottles of wine!) at the fire pit each night. The location is fabulous - super close to grocery stores and wineries; we rented a boat one day; the restaurant at the top of the hill (Elf & Oak) is not to be missed. But I'll go even further in this glowing review: how many times have you stayed at a rental and been like "WHERE ARE ALL THE G-D SPOONS? Why don't they have a cutting board?" This kitchen was hands down the best rental kitchen we've ever been in. TONS of silverware - enough for everyone and then some. TONS of glasses of every shape and size. A spectacular blender. A FOOD PROCESSOR! We could make elaborate meals to our hearts' content and not worry about not having some piece of equipment that most standard kitchens have. Also - the POTTERY. To die for. The best part of each morning was sipping my coffee on the deck in a gorgeous handmade mug. Such a special place. I hope to go back one day soon.

We booked Glenn and Lynne’s place more than a year before our stay. When we found their listing we just had to book it right away just based on pictures and reviews. And….We were not disappointed! The house is what we expected and more! We were a group of 12 people who came from different parts of the US and a few from Europe to attend our daughter’s graduation from Cornell. We had a place where we shared beautiful memories together and yet we’re able to have our own private retreat in the well appointed bedrooms. The common areas are very spacious. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The views of the lake from every room in the house is just spectacular. Speaking with Glenn is like speaking to an old friend. The house is just amazing! We would love to stay again!

Had a very pleasant stay with family and friends. The lake house had everything we needed. The location is in a great spot to visit wineries and breweries in the area. You could easily fill 4 days visiting places that are within 5 miles of the property.
