Well positioned for sea. Near to amenities. Comfortable, clean and warm. On a good bus route if required.

there was a fan in the living room perfect for the warm weather nice cosy little flat the main bedroom was very comfortable very handy for having the 2 rooms kitchen and bathroom. I would stay again

It was up stairs I didn't realise this when I booked I had to carry pram up stairs the travel cot wasn't provided and the mattress on the sofa bed was really dirty

Good location with grocery shop near for supplies. Comfortable bed.

Laundry from flat left out in the yard and damp towels still in washing machine.. No tea towels, crumbs in microwave. No instructions for household appliances. Message received on day of waste collection confusing and no recycling bin.

The location , home from home feeling . The communication from the owner making sure we were settled in and asking if we needed anything . free parking . White goods . The people in Whitley bay were so friendly.

Spacious apartment in a great location. Owner was very helpful in resolving a couple of issues.

Need new pots and pans. They forgot to tell us the non collection day, so we missed it. The bin was already full on our arrival.

Very good location close to the sea, the internet worked well.

The bathroom door was difficult to lock and unlock. The place is definitely tired and no disabled friendly (Very steep steps) no mentioned about it when booking. The garden(little courtyard) you can't really use it , no chairs to seat down or table looks more like a concrete jungle. The place would do with replacing kitchen utensils, pots . We had no contact with the owner he hasnt left his tel number in case we needed to contact him .

Loved the flat. Plenty of space for the three of us. Bed was comfy in my room and parents said the same with theirs. Got all you could need including ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer extension lead in the bedroom not all were used but good to know they were there if needed. We didn’t spend much time indoors as we came away to explore but it suited us perfectly for somewhere to rest our head and feet at night. Good value for money and it was clean which is the main thing and close to metro if needed and a shop across the road and a bus stop. Will book again without hesitation. Many thanks for having us we will be returning soon.

classed as a beautiful apartment this was not the case☹️ no bath sheets/ towels no slip mat in bath for shower shower was not thermostatically controlled Aka Dangerous! seatee was un comfortable difficult to find had to ring owners, clearer directions should be given before arrival

The beds were a little "firm" & low! My husband struggled to get out of bed but he is 6'-3" & 75!

Cigarette smoke from downstairs. Heating difficult to control. No corkscrew or cafetiere - so we bought these in charity shops and left them for the next guest. Not enough saucepans.

Very good location for amenities and for visiting friends and family. The property was warm and cosy.

The kitchen could have been better equipped. For example, the cutlery tray only had three forks in total. There was no corkscrew or cafatiere to use. There was a half empty packet of doritos left in the cupboard.

most of the fittings are very dated & the furniture is tired and not comfortable eg glass topped table and coffee table hard to move - lethal if you took children. The curtains in bedroom didn’t stay on the rail and are too lightweight. The bathroom needs some attention. generally- it all worked out for us but the place needs a bit of tlc which would stop it looking so shabby. the kitchen needs a deep clean and we were greeting by smelly wilting flowers and cigarette odour. The owners could do better.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy for 2 couples. Good location- just a short walk to metro, pubs and restaurants. Very quiet.

I wouldn't describe it as "beautiful seaside appartment" - it in a seaside town, good position to facilities, but no seaview Outside of building not particularly appealing and parking information confusing.

The location was excellent, lounge and kitchen facilities were very good, bedrooms were spacious although sparse. The apartment was very clean.

The beds were not very comfortable and the outside space was bland could be made better, plus a couple of outside table and chairs would not go amiss.
