Good location, quiet and serene surrounding. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for our gathering for a few days. Plenty of space and amenities to use. The kids and adults alike really enjoyed the whole atmosphere. No issues with the house, and the property manager was very responsive to our questions. Would happily book here again.

What a great place-a beautiful, spacious home, porch for grilling and dining, firepit, theater room and an awesome boathouse. Our family gathering of 16 had the best time and made plenty of fun memories! Everything was clean and well maintained. Owner and property manager respond quickly to any questions or requests. It is located on the private side of Lake Anna and during the week there was very little water traffic. Made paddle boarding and kayaking easy. We all had a fulfilled week! Great place!! Highly recommend!

The house is large and laid out well. Our family of 13 including kids, spouses and grandkids stayed for a week very comfortably. The house is exactly as described. The location on the lake is very nice.

We stayed here for a week, with three generations of family members. The house was beautiful and perfect for all ages to enjoy! The owner is very communicative and easy to work with. Wonderful home and location.

This was our second summer staying at Ash's lake house the first week of August and we had a great week-long stay. We were a large group (4 families with kids ranging from 1 up to 13) and everyone loved it. The addition of the boat house from last summer was fantastic. We can't wait to come back!

All 4 generations of our family enjoyed our family vacation this year! We had guests from age 96 to 4 years old! The house was great and we loved the boat house. We were all very comfortable! Thank you!

Tradewinds is such a great property for a group. This is our second stay and we’d definitely come back for a third! The house is spacious, clean and has activities for everyone. The addition of the boathouse and renovated dock was great—we stayed outside most days. Wonderful stay; would definitely recommend.

The property in general is well maintained and greatly stocked. Games. Kitchen utensils. Linens. Watercraft and water gear. The owner and manager are very communicative and speedily responsive, with no question or need left unanswered. A very personal touch to everything and it shows. We shall be back !!

First, it’s such a beautiful home and property. Great amenities, clean, and so comfortable. It has been the highlight of our year. The owner and property manager have fantastic communication and made the entire process easy. We cannot wait to come back and create more memories!

The property was gorgeous -- the pictures don't do it justice. Every message to the host was answered almost immediately and every ask was accommodated. The sunrise on the lake was simply wonderful. Highly recommend!

Had a decent sized family reunion and this home was amazing! Most well prepared rental kitchen i have ever seen!

During November, this beautiful house hosted a 3 generation family. EVERYONE enjoyed the openness of the floor plan (a plus for the limited mobility guests), the dock where the older children spent many hours fishing (YES, they caught many!!), canoeing on the water, evening hours around the fire pit, the media theater, and the VIEW (no matter what time of day)!!! LOVED every minute and everyone was reluctant to leave. Would love to return to this piece of paradise.

The house offered all the amenities for my brothers and sisters, and their spouses, to share a wonderful long weekend together. With six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, a theater room, a screened porch, a deck, a fire pit by the water, a dock, and a small beach, we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The house is beautiful decorated. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. There is a huge propane gas grill on the deck. There was plenty of space for six couples to relax, cook, share stories, and enjoy spending time together. With the availability of two kayaks, two stand-up paddle boards, and a paddle boat, we spent countless hours in the water. We even fished off the dock and caught (and released) several fish. The house is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which meant very little water traffic. We could sit on the deck, or the screened porch, or at the fire pit, and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake. I highly recommend staying at the Trade Winds house. It was an amazing weekend.

Great stay at the Lake in Bumpass VA! This was a weekend trip with our family to stay here for the first time. The home was beautiful and came with everything that we needed for an amazing weekend on the lake. We loved the paddle boards and peddle boat that were available to use on the water. The home was very clean with plenty of kitchen utensils and clean linens to use. We look forward to making another trip back to the area.

It was a pleasure for our family of 8 adults, 4 children (10 and under) and 2 infants to stay here for a few days in August. It is spacious and has much to offer in the way of entertainment, with pool, ping pong and foosball, and a board game room and theater indoors. Outdoors there are kayaks and paddle boards, so much to enjoy on this beautiful, serene portion of lakefront. The kitchen had most everything we needed, with a little searching. We would have enjoyed a bigger space outdoors for all of us to gather to eat. There is a screened in porch that may accommodate 6-8 snugly, and an outdoor area on the deck with a table that can accommodate about the same number. The furnishings indoors are basic and comfortable, but slightly worn around the edges. I'd recommend it for a large family or friends who want to enjoy a lovely getaway on a lake.

Home beautiful and accommodations fit our family of 17 comfortably! Owner very helpful, maintenance issue addressed immediately and resolved! Very happy with everything,especially the lake! Love lake Anna!
