Господар зателефонував заздалегідь, розказав як дістатись до місця призначення. Дуже гарне відношення до гостей. Запропонували капці, рушники, навіть лампу для читання. На кухні було багато обладнання, яким можна було користуватись. Гаряча вода, комфортні умови для проживання.

Запасіться теплими речами. У номері працював кондиціонер, і хоча була виставлена температура +23 градуси, все одно було прохолодно. Опалення на період перебування не працювало.

Everything is clean and new, nice place.

The staffs were very friendly and everything was neat . Had a decent night rest however the street is busy so a bit noisy .All equipments stated was available for use and easily accessible

Very kind and helpful staff, the property was regularly cleaned and comfortable bed. Multiple bathrooms that were well maintained. I decided to extend my stay here. The location is only a few minutes walk from the train station and located in a quiet neighbourhood near to the excellent Luv Shash Armenian takeaway. I slept and rested very well here. There was also a front desk reception with staff to help with any problems.

Occasional inconsiderate neighbour but most of the time was fine. It was reasonably sound proofed as long as door is kept closed. Would have preferred larger plates to eat on but only a minor inconvenience.

It's clean, good for a short stay.

I stay for 5 says. The staff doesn't speak English, and the male staff is a bit rude. I have a night train to Kyiv, but he insisted me to leave hostel at 12:00pm. He should know that people stay here because it is close to the train station.
