Eric was great. Good communication. Free bagels were enjoyed. The house had many amenities. Proximity to beach was very convenient. Private pool and hot tub was excellent. We would recommend this property to anyone who was looking for a place to stay in Corolla. You will not be disappointed!

The house is large and comfortable, with nice bedrooms and a great game room in the basement. The kitchen is well stocked for large families, with two big refrigerators. The game room was a big hit with our older children, and we appreciated the many amenities for small children including two highchairs and a gate at the stairs. The very short walk to the access path for the beach was a huge plus. Despite these many positives, there are other signs of wear and tear. There are permanent stains on the sofa slipcovers. The towels are thin and well-used. One of the chairs on the upper, rear deck is broken. And streaming services on the TVs did not work, even after we logged into our own streaming accounts. In addition, when we arrived on Saturday, the microwave and floors in the kitchen/family room were still dirty. Most distressing, the hot tub was polluted and unusable, and the swimming pool was green with algae, indicating it had not been cleaned in some time. We had a lot of back and forth with the property manager who was very apologetic, but the pool and hot tub were not ready for use until Tuesday evening. We were given a small refund to compensate for these issues, but we had to ask for that. The house has been consistently given a five-star rating. It was comfortable and our family had a wonderful time. But given the state of the pool/hot tub and the general wear-and-tear, I can only offer four stars.

We had a fantastic week at Ocean Sands! The house was wonderful for ALL 18 of us (8 adults and 10 kids). The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever stayed at. The location to the beach was wonderful and made it very easy to go back and forth! What a GREAT trip and home!!

We had a great time on our vacation , while staying at UrbanSCape. Eric the host, was wonderful, never met him in person, but he was super quick to respond to any text/message I sent him. The house was wonderful, kitchen was fully stocked, more so than i expected. The pool and hot tub were clean, and we truly enjoyed them. Excellent quit neighborhood, would definately stay there again.

Had a wonderful time at urbanscape. Great location. Manager was very easy to work with. We had a few issues with the thermostat and he was very prompt at resolving the issue. Kitchen very well stocked.

Groupnof 10 of us (family mixed with work friends) stayed for a week. House is in great shape (we go to OBX every year and more times than not the photos are of the house when it was in much better shape), this house looks exactly like the photos. It is steps from the ocean in the residential part of Corolla, so you don't have to worry about crowding at the beach. The pool and hot tub were great for the "stay at home" (little to much fun the night before 😎) days. We used the gas grill to cook up some fresh tuna one night. Perfecto. Can't beat this place. We will be back!

The house was perfect for our group. Everything was very clean. The house has everything you could possibly need…a fully stocked kitchen, game room, pool, hot tub, 2 outdoor showers, super close beach access, plenty of beds and baths. We definitely hope to stay again! The only negative I could mention is that there are neighboring houses very close and some of them could be quite loud at night, but that’s to be expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our visit to UrbanSCape. The house was beautiful. There was plenty of room. It was wonderful to all hang out together. Thank you for the clean house, towels and sheets. Unfortunately we came for sun and sand but the weather did not cooperate but we still had a wonderful time. One improvement that I would suggest is to be sure the oven and stove are cleaned. A couple of improvements —The dishwasher needs to be bolted down and the two exterior doors on the 3rd floor are difficult to open and close. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Eric. He was very responsive to our emails. The house is great. You will enjoy your stay.

We usually stay in whalehead in Corolla but opted for this community just 3 min away since it boasted a 1 min walk to the beach….the location of the home is prime for our love of the beach and all the random things the kids want to lug there. The house was clean and is overall very well maintained. The kitchen is stocked well with cooking necessities. The bedroom accommodations worked out great for our extended family stay. We enjoyed many bike rides as you can catch the path on the main road right from the end of the community. We played basketball, and pool and enjoyed both the pool and hot tub! Eric was so responsive and all went smooth with the rental home! Great stay!

This was a perfect location. So close to the beach. It fit 18 of us perfectly. We were disappointed the pool and hot tub weren’t ready for the season yet. We loved having an outdoor shower so the kids could wash sand off before coming in the house.
