Staff does not take care of belongings if left behind. They don't even call you to stay if you left something behind.

Best 3 star hotel in Durban. There was a bit of noise outside from the street but my room was great. I went to gym at 5am only to find it locked.

Very clean, very modern hotel, spotless.
Hotel has 2 big buildings and it was raining and we had to go through the rain to the restaurant to have dinner and same for breakfast in the morning.

Great location walking distance to the mall. The property is clean and the views from the room was amazing. The staff Mr dlamini is great at that reception desk

There was no generator during load shedding. We had no water during load shedding. The bathroom flooded. The air conditioning was not working. They refused to move us out the room saying they needed to get a report from the maintenance guy and he was going off duty @ 21h00.

Have stayed there before and in my opinion the Hotel is letting itself down.
My 1st room had a water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, 2nd room had a really bad smell.

Excellent! Helpful and friendly staff member. Place very clean and easily accessible by transport and close to the sopping centre.
No fridge in the hotel and only one water bottle and toilet paper in the room. Should atleast have a fridge considering the fact that the resturant is at the other building across.

Actually Everything was perfect, Facility was Good, Staff, Rooms and Food, breakfast and buffet Dinner was perfect we had A lovely Splendid stay indeed. Won't mind to visit them again

Breakfast was amazing, not too crowded, the view while having breakfast was amazing, and breakfast options was good.
Their on site alcohol was extremely expensive. They were supposed to allow to go by pull area with our alcohol. Not forcing their expensive alcohol
