I was pleasantly surprised to see that they served Lavazza coffee, it made my morning. Everything else frankly was beyond adequate, the coffee was a bonus!

Very clean rooms, comfy beds.

Despite requesting housekeeping daily upon arrival, we only received it one day and had to request fresh towels daily. We were told daily housekeeping had to be approved by the housekeeping department each day.

Simple but brilliant hotel. Great little pool, good gym, super staff. Chill area in reception super for hanging with friends. Great place. Really close to Grayce Gardens if you are attending a wedding there.

Little more breakfast choice would be nice but not a deal breaker.

Facilities were really well maintained. Large tv with cable. Great water pressure and comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. Loved that there’s coffee at the lobby all the time. Definitely worth the price

Extremely loud throughout the evening. Was not able to get restful sleep.

This location is always very clean and comfortable.

There were no luggage carts available, which made it difficult to transfer luggage and disabled equipment upstairs.

The smallest hotel room I have ever been in. There was no cup or drinking glass in the room.

Great shower! Comfortable bed. Clean facilities. Well lit parking lot.

I didn't like the smoker's area location right outside the main entrance. An employee was watering the flowers out front and was smoking while working. The breakfast bar was taken over by employees between 8:30 -9am and was shut down before the posted 10am end time. I witnessed a father with his two small children trying to figure out how to get them food.

Breakfast was good….we got there late so a bit dried out…but overall good selections

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The overnight staff was friendly, but they were not really able to answer questions in a professional manner. They were a little passive and laughed things off about not having carts to move luggage to the third floor and didn't know what to do when the curtain switch was malfunctioning. The unavailable carts were a big inconvenience, as I was traveling with my disabled mother who needs to travel with medical equipment. It was a lot to move solo and without a cart.

I liked the new feeling of the facility. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and modern.

Some additional seating in the room would have made the stay more comfortable.

The hotel was relatively recently renovated, and has a hip and stylish vibe. The lobby is nicely furnished as a bright hang-out space, great for young people or families. Breakfast was very good for a simple buffet - mini-omelets in particular were great. In the room, there were some nice convenient touches, like the squeeze bottles in the bathroom and the extra shelf between the sink and mirror.

The room was small and cramped. Decor was nice and bright, but it was tight. I missed conveniences like outlets on the bedside table (I had to reach down behind one table to plug in my charger - fortunately the table was on wheels.)
