We had a great time staying at this property! There was plenty of room for the six of us, the kitchen had every appliance you could need, the porch and pool were great to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the house is nice and the location is great. Having a pool and a screened in porch was truly a plus. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a full size washer and dryer. We also enjoyed the front deck. I took off one star because 2 bedrooms have small windows with no blinds. And the sheets could definitely use an upgrade. But a nice place to stay!!

This gorgeous beach home was the PERFECT back drop to rest, relax & celebrate our son’s 30 bday and our 31 wedding anniversary. The pics of this home do not do it justice!! Every square foot is perfectly executed to provide lots of open space. It is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen and gorgeous modern bathrooms. Check in was easy & the proximity to the beach was convenient. It was lovely waking up to a beach view every morning! The pool was a great place to unwind, the patio provided family time together & lots of laughs & the screened in patio was an excellent reading space. Lots of beach stuff was provided…chairs, umbrella, wagon….etc, that is a definite perk!! I highly recommend this property!!! I know we’ll be back!!

It is on a busy street , but bedrooms are in rear so no noise problem for sleeping. Host is very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view of the ocean and easy walk to the beach! New construction, house still smelled new! Very clean, nicely decorated and furnished . Pool with screened in porch was a big plus! Kitchen is well stocked and equipped with everything you need to prepare and and have meals. The only small complaint I have is although the TV's had streaming services available they do not have cable, so we were not able to watch Football, local news or any live tv programming..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in an excellent location. It’s stocked with everything you could possibly need. It’s clean and comfortable. The pool was such an added bonus after a hot beach day. This was our first trip to Amelia Island, and we will be back! The property manager was extremely kind and helpful.

A Wonderful Stay
We had the best family vacation here! The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The proximity to the beach (and all the available beach accessories) made our every day walk to the beach easy. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the deck had a lovely view of the ocean! We are looking forward to staying again next summer!

Love, Love, Love the Key Lime Cottage! It's a newer property, so nice and clean with a well-stocked kitchen tools and dishes, etc. Beds were comfortable and living area was cozy and inviting. The newly added pool was a welcomed surprise for our family to enjoy. The charming porch was enjoyed by all of us with an unobstructed view across the street of the ocean. Pretty perfect place to stay - great location within walking distance to local beach bars/restaurants, and an easy drive to downtown Fernandina. We received quick responses from the management staff, timely reminders and emails with suggestions and things to do during our stay on Fernandina Beach.

Perfect setup close to beach
We loved this property the moment we pulled into the driveway and it only got better from there. We spent a lot of time on the porch with an ocean view and in the kitchen and living areas too. We’ll certainly look to stay here again next time we’re on Amelia island.

Wonderful house!
This was a wonderful property. It may be our favorite ever from vrbo. Great layout and gorgeous house. Also had a ton of kitchen stuff that almost all rentals are lacking. It really added something extra. If we ever travel back this way, we will 100% rebook!

We loved staying in this property - my son has lethal food allergies so it’s essential that we stay somewhere with a kitchen- this was the nicest kitchen we’ve ever experienced in a rental property! Being able to cook, dine, and look at the ocean really made all the meals feel special! We appreciated the wagon and beach toys so much. And the decor was perfect! Everyone was so kind!

Amazing place
We really enjoyed the key lime cottage! It was perfect for our family for spring break! We had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were super comfy! The house is beautiful. The walk to the beach was a little challenging with little ones. The walking path isn’t very wide but drivers were cautious. We did leave our wagon near the board walk (due to large dune we had to climb) and someone took it. That was the only disappointment. We enjoyed our first trip to Amelia Island and will def be back!

Perfection
All was even better than expected. Plenty of toiletries, trash sacks— even beach towels, blow dryers and access to boogie boards—although we didn’t use them. So beautifully appointed. I hope future renters take good care of this place. It’s a gem.
