As far a I can remember it did not mention that there was an elevator. That would have made moving in much easier than luggage luggage up three floors.

The apartment is small but perfectly comfortable for 2 or 3 people. The furnishings look new and the kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware and appliances. It was
spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the buildings and grounds are well-maintained. Easy walk to quiet North Beach and several restaurants and shops, and a short drive to busier south Tybee and Savannah. This unit is on the third floor; there is an elevator at the end of the hallway. A nice property!

Cons: terrible smoke smell, beds average, dirty walls.
Overall location, look and feel of this property is great… however the smoke smell that smacks you in the face at every entry of the room is less than tasteful. I blame myself for not reading the other reviews closely enough that said the same thing, however I think if they would have down graded the stars from 4 to 3 it would have been more obvious that it was such a problem for so many other groups.. When messaging the property managers they said they were not aware of this that it must be a neighboring unit, but after going back and reading the multiple reviews that had been left previous to our stay, they had to have been aware. As a whole the property appeared clean with fresh linens, but the walls looked to have never been wiped down. There were dirty marks all over them. 3 out of 5 stars for us from those aspects unfortunately. Otherwise if they fix these issues it would be a great property I could proudly recommended!

This condo is in such a good location. Walking distance to Huc-A-Poos and the pool was great. The condo itself was so clean, but be prepared for a cigarette/ashtray smell. I’m not sure if it’s this unit or if the smell was coming in through the HVAC, but it was overwhelming. Throughout the week, it got better but we had to air out and wash absolutely everything when we got home. Clean clothes and towels included. Originally our daughter was supposed to come with us, but a change of plans had her with grandparents for the week. Had she been with us, we wouldn’t have stayed in the condo the smell was so strong.

This was a cute little place that was perfect for what we needed. My 7 year loved the hide away bed like it was her secret fort. Only thing it needed was a pizza cutter 😀

Great property. Evetything as advertised. Small problem was marijuana smoke filtering from another unit, probably below us. Room was equilled with air puifier, so took away most of smell, but still lingered that night.

This condo is exactly as advertised. It was very clean and well stocked. The property overall was very quiet and felt super private. The beach is an easy walk down the boardwalk. It is small with no waves, but was almost empty throughout our whole stay. We loved the keyless entry into the condo, and the parking pass required to enter the property. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

We stayed 7 nights (2 adults and 1 toddler) and the room was spacious and clean. We did have a strong cigarette smoke smell upon arrival and left the balcony window open for the first day we were there to help clear out the smell. The room was prepped with towels, plates, bowls, cups, and even had a beach chair, pool noddles, body boards, and sand toys in the closet. We didn’t have oven mittens or microwave safe bowls so we do recommend bringing those from home. The property checked in with us via text a few hours after arriving which was nice and the pool and beach are right beside the condo which was great especially with having a little one.

We enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island. There is easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The accommodations were clean and all utensils needed were available in the kitchen.

The condo is small but perfect for a couple. Directions should outline where to find lockbox for gate card. Lockbox is bit tough to open.

Very clean and well stocked with expected necessities. Location is great. It’s a quieter area than the other end of town. The only issue we see, which could be easily addressed, the instructions for check in should be for the specific property, not general instructions for multiple possible properties. That got a little confusing while trying to figure out how to get in. Other than that it was great. Over all 5 stars.

Wish we’d stayed closer to the beachside instead of the Savannah River side. Be sure to checkout the tidal schedule before going, we had no idea before arriving as first time visitors! Staff was helpful on property. Overall good, it is clean location!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for--a small, uncomplicated, reasonably priced spot to spend a long weekend away. We were close enough to be on the sand in 60 seconds and close enough to sit on the deck and watch the dolphins play in the ocean. Yes, it was small =--but that's all we wanted. We'll be back.

The accommodations were great. Just enough space for my husband and me. Clean and beachy decoration. Location to beach and everything on the island was better than expected. I have told lots of people about our vacation. They are now interested in taking a trip to Tybee Island.

Excellent beach and pool access and was perfect for everything we wanted amenity-wise. The owner contacted us the first day of our stay to make sure we weren’t experiencing any maintenance issues—very thoughtful. Loved the beach decor. Hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a little confusion with check in but otherwise we loved the location of the property not being in the heart of tybee but a quick drive and 20 minutes to savannah. It was extremely clean and very well decorated. We absolutely loved our stay here with the pool and north beach being so close was perfect. We will stay here again.

The condo was clean and quaint. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the view. It's not quite an ocean view like it is advertised. However, it was just a small walk down to the beach.

We really enjoyed the balance and amenities this location offered. The beach and pool right at your doorstep and historic Savannah just a short ride away. We would definitely stay again.
