Property was clean and well stocked. Putting up a Christmas tree was very appreciated! Location was as expected. Advertised as heated pool. I called 1 week ahead to make sure pool would be heated as promised and was told the heater was broken but would be fixed in about 7 days. The heater was never fixed for our stay so we were very disappointed at not be able to use the pool. No adjustment to the price of the rental was offered as of today.

This property has everything you need. With the amenities and relaxation of the pool, hot tub, and fire pit, you don’t even need to go anywhere! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again in the future. The place is clean and the owner, Tom, is extremely attentive and communication was great. I had a question about the pool and he came right over. Tom was respectful to us and made us feel at home. If I had to make any suggestion for improvement at all, it would be to add a full length mirror and paint the kitchen table. Otherwise I feel the owner has taken all considerations to provide everything that anyone could need. We also enjoyed the thoughtful touch of s’mores and snacks! It is truly a perfect getaway destination!

Many positives. The canal was nice. Yard was well cared for. But weird aggressive neighbor set dark tone. Place was too spartan. Dining table was a small picnic bench and we were trying to have a dinner for the family Needed tables and sitting chairs and something to place suitcase. They got to 70% and just stopped. My wife and I could fix it in a weekend with a few dollars. Owner needs to lean in and make the place fantastic.

This house makes you feel like you are home. Loved everything about it, and my grandkids absolutely loved the home and the pool. We brought our boat, and it was so easy to get out to the bay, and see dolphins and manatees. Tom was a pleasure to communicate with, and so helpful with all my questions. Definitely will be back.

I rented this house for my friends and family to stay at while we celebrated my graduation from PA school. To say this house was the perfect pick is an understatement! Between the gorgeous outdoor area, the fire pit, the heated pool, the hot tub, and water access, we had an amazing time!! My husband brought his boat and enjoyed some great fishing in the canal! We are already talking about coming back to stay again! The house had everything we needed and the hosts were very attentive and checked in frequently to see how our stay was. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it for your next Tampa vacation!

Traveled to Florida for two weeks to get out of the cold Chicago winter and truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. Very comfortable with all amenities and the pool was fabulous! Highly recommend!

It was a great location for visiting our daughter that lives in Tampa. Plenty of room for us all. The pool and Hot Tub were a great way to relax an spend time together. Everything was easy with the rental. They even had a Christmas Tree which was a nice surprise!

Beautiful, clean property
Fast and clear communication with host, very clean property, quiet community, close proximity to anything we needed. Would definitely recommend and book again! We had a total of ten people, five that were five and under and the house accommodated us perfectly. Easy check in and check out.

We were all excited to visit the Tampa area. The home was a bit out of our way for what we were looking to do, but since it rained most of the time, we didn't get to do much and thankfully, the home was very comfortable. Many restaurants and groceries are in the area. The home is exactly as you see. The beds are very comfortable and each room has a TV with all the channels you need. The pool is large and beautiful right on the waterway. There are 2 kayaks but we never had the chance to use them, because of the rain. Check in was easy, everything you need is there, even if you forget your tooth brush, they have some packaged with tooth paste there. A very nice touch, is the smores package, graham crackers, marshmellows and hershey bars, along with the skewers to do over the fire pit. Also in the package were pringles and cheese crackers. A really nice and welcoming thought after driving.

Loved having the pool and water right in the backyard! Space was nice and looked as pictured. About 15-20 minute Uber rides to get to places around Tampa which wasn’t too bad. Communication with Tom was very easy and we were super thankful he allowed us to drop our bags when our flight was moved up. Made for a super fun girls trip!

Loved having the pool and water right in the backyard! Space was nice and looked as pictured. About 15-20 minute Uber rides to get to places around Tampa which wasn’t too bad. Everything was in working order, instructions were provided where deemed useful, and the hosts were readily willing to respond to any and all questions and/or needs. The pool and hot tub were sublime and saw much use. Tanning or reading on the pool deck amidst all the peace and quiet was the ultimate stress reliever. We truly appreciated Tom's aid and support whenever we had a question. Our stay was terrific in every respect. This property is a true gem and the perfect place for a fun-filled, relaxing Tampa vacation.

Multi generational family trip, 5 adults and 2 kids. Well laid out home with room for the whole family. Finishes are nice, beachyt, modern. Outdoor space is beautiful, we spent most of our time outside. Heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, water views - its all here. We saw manatees and dolphins from the dock!!! Location is good, close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants.
It was Florida winter when we arrived so pool was not warm. Property manager took care of it quickly, but it took 1.5 days for the pool to reach full temperature. Once we got it working it was fabulous! Hot tub also needed maintenance - we emptied out several filters in the pool and hot tub. Not a huge amount of work but still.
I do think the place could use some maintenance, this could be a spectacular place if basic painting, touch ups, etc were taken care of. Also dining room table only holds 6 and there weren't extra chairs for our whole group. Consider adding a few extra chairs for larger groups. Also non-breakable cups, everything in the house was glass - not great for the pool area.
All in all we would stay here again!!!
