Room was spacious and clean. Bed is comfy. Restaurant is exceptional and the staff are lovely and helpful.

No elevators. But I knew before booking.

For our anniversary we had the steak at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals we have had. Location is at the right spot for walking to shows or restaurants.

The only thing would have been if we could have been able to stay longer and have seen more shows.

Friendly check-in. Made sure that we were parked in the right area. Great breakfast next morning. Quiet room even though it overlooked the main street. Everything was provided for including coffee in the room.

The back entrance to the hotel needs to be refurbished. Garbage dumpsters right by the back door.

Super convenient location for our plans to visit Avon Theatre and wander downtown Stratford, clean and comfortable room with high ceilings and a touch of luxury. Would recommend! And the food at the restaurant was great too. There are stairs up to the rooms. This wasn't a problem for us and it was noted on the booking page.

Great location for walking downtown. Classic hamburger was excellent! Our king bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size.

Parking was a bit of a challenge. It was behind the building but one level down so one had to carry luggage up a few flights of stairs. Also, there had been a snow storm earlier and no one had shoveled the stairs off or a path to the hotel's front door. After this climb up to the hotel, our room was on the third floor so we had more climbing with luggage. I'm sure if you were not able to make this kind of trek, the hotel would send someone to assist you; staff were very accommodating!

Everything was just superb! Would definitely stay here again!

Our fireplace in our room didn’t work

We had made reservations at the hotel restaurant that night and the food was excellent we also had breakfast there the next morning very impressed

We called the front desk for some more coffee pods but never received them other than that everything was good

We had supper there and the food was amazing. Our server was very friendly and efficient.

It was at the back of the hotel and we had to trudge up a dingy back staff staircase to get to our room or an upstairs climb in front and a walk up and down stairs to the back of the hotel as there was no elevator. It’s badly needed.
