fantastic property and resort. great location, close to beach. The property managers are great and respond quickly to any requirements.

property could have been better maintained. some lights weren’t working, some plug points weren’t working. there wasn’t any light in the pool/outside area (thought the property manager did organise temporary lights on the second evening)

ask the agent to send you photos of the specific Villa you will be staying in. you will need your own transport if you are intending to go out. the on-site hotel does not have great amenities.

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation with nice view (apartment) and nice cozy pool (villa). Villa was large enough and well furnished to accommodate more than 4 people.

No sun bed provided, and towels provided seems to be limited considering the size of villa and people staying in the villa. Options for breakfast and other activities (BBQ) are limited and highly priced. More diverse and wide range of services including breakfast, BBQ, and other activities may attract more people and let people enjoy the services.

Property Agent could not really communicate in English. Check in reception was not welcoming. It was just an isolated villa rented out to tourists. Not quite the expected resort as posted in the Booking website.

We finally stayed at Furama villas instead of another group of villas of Abogo. Please understand that Abogo is a travel agent with many villa properties under their belt. Once I was in touch with their employees, I was suggested to move to Furama villas as it was closer to city center and Hyatt Regency, where we needed to be for Ironkids. When we were checked in to Furama villas, we realized that we are not going to be serviced by Hotel Furama but by simply a cleaning lady trying to offer 5 star service that is expected out of paying over USD 350 a night. Nevertheless, the villa layout is good, you get the buggy service from the hotel reception, there is a central pool and you can use the overpriced Furama restaurants if you so wish.

Needless to say, the cleaning lady reached 1 star service in a villa. She had no vacuum to clean. She did not even keep toilet paper in the toilets when finished. The 2 employees of Abogo agency tried their best to rectify the situation, but it was not very effective. E.g.: the wifi had been paid for to receive 1G speed. It was on check out that we finally got 4G speed for wifi, which wasn't of great use. The bedsheets were never changed in the 3 nights that we stayed there nor were toilets really cleaned. The pool was cleaned superficially from top and last but not least, we were chewed by mosquitoes as no kind of pest control had occurred since months. So basically, maybe the next customer would have a better situation as I rectified a lot there. But still, definitely not what you pay thinking that you are going to receive Furama Hotel's 5 star service.

A quiet and clean villa. I and my friends enjoyed a lot. Both staff and housekeepers are extremely kind and friendly. One important thing, it's just around 15 km to Hoi An ancient Town. Will come back soon/
