We had 9 women this year for our annual girls weekend. The house was perfect for our needs: lots of beds, a well stocked kitchen (tools, spices, etc.), close to shopping and hiking. Our host was responsive to all of our questions and needs. We’re already making plans for next year.

We are a group of ladies that have been going to North Conway for over 25 years…our version of hunting camp. We eat, shop and enjoy our sisterhood. This is by far the best rental ever, well appointed and Lauren was wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for helping us create more precious memories. Carmen

Our stay was lovely and the grounds on the property are stunning.

We were in NH for our son’s wedding so needed a place for 7 adults to stay. This house is so beautiful and so well equipped. The owner has thought of everything. The views from the house are incredible. The home has so many beautiful personal touches. My family was here from Europe and the home was a huge bonus for their trip here. Lauren was so responsive to any questions. Hope to be back very soon.

We had a great time in North Conway. The house is very conveniently located with lovely views. The family group which included 2 one year olds who are walking and a 3 year old are a bit challenging as they are quick and busy. There were gates available and locking ties for some cabinets. We did have to move the coffee table. The little ones loved playing and running on the grounds and Storyland. It would be an easier house with older children as there are a lot of stairs. It was very nice having many bathrooms and bedrooms Well maintained with nice furnishings. A very enjoyable stay!

The farmhouse location is great for visiting Mt. Washington as well as the Meredith/Wolfeboro lake areas. The house had all the amenities we needed and the owners were easily reachable when we had questions. Highly recommend this property! :)

We had a wonderful stay in this home as we spent a few days hiking some of the many mountain and river trails in the area. The historic character and views of the mountains meant that time at home felt just as special as our time out and about. Two master bedrooms and a bathroom for each of the 4 bedrooms meant that everyone had their own space to rest and get ready for the day. We especially liked the large open kitchen, dining, and living area as we all stayed connected while preparing and enjoying some great meals. Lastly, our host, Lauren, was perfect in checking in on us at the start of our stay to make sure that everything was right!

Quiet, spacious and well appointed house. We would love to stay again!

We stayed 3 nights with 6 adults and 5 children (ages 5 and under). There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is nicely equipped and on a picturesque piece of property. We were near the North Conway train station and StoryLand. There is a decent yard with a fire pit. It rained mornings during our stay but the large porch was a nice dry place to have coffee. The house is on the main road but set back enough that it is not noticeable. I had a couple minor reasons to contact the owner and she responded immediately. The house is clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had lots of children's dinnerware and plenty of dishes and cups. We will definitely rent this again when in the area.

Stayed here with my family and it was awesome. Tons of space, the basement was fun for the kids, and the outdoor space is amazing. Plenty of outdoor seating both on and off the deck. Highly recommend this property.

This house was very well-maintained and accurate to its descriptions. The beds were very comfortable, the sofa was very comfortable and the views were breathtaking. Very central to all that North Conway has to offer!

We had a fantastic time staying here. Our first time staying was in 2017 and we noticed some nice updates during our stay this time. Very comfortable beds. Everyone had their own space and bathroom but a common space that could accommodate all 8 of us! All of the comforts of home, plus more! It is close to town but secluded enough to feel private with beautiful mountain views. Saw an eagle fly over a few times too! Great place to unplug and unwind.

We loved this spacious house that was fully equipped to cook in and relax. Just bring your groceries and everything else you need will be there. Home location is conveniently close to restaurants, brewery/distillery, shopping, a spa, yoga, trails, River view, hospital (not that we needed it), etc. The hot tub was perfect. Beds were comfortable, linens were soft. Host was responsive. I can’t imagine staying at a hotel ever again in the North Conway area.

This is our second time at this property and we will be back again! Great space and location, really clean and comfortable, and easy communication with owner. Highly recommend!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful , well appointed and comfortable home in North Conway with plenty of bedrooms for all to be comfortable. Hot tub was a bonus !! Location is great and accessible to the town stores, restaurants, aquarium , and great coffee shops !! Easy to check in and out and Hosts are available to call or text as needed!! Very attentive!

Cozy and charming home with lots space to spread out. Lauren was very communicative and accommodating. The property is in a central location--perfect for going to the many hikes, attractions, shopping and restaurants nearby. The house is kid-friendly with many games and toys, not to mention utensils, bowls and cups etc. Also there is a beautiful vista which can bee seen from the windows of many rooms. We will be back!

Perfect house with an unbeatable view. Absolutely everything you could need is readily available in the home, in a fun, functional space with TONS of room to sprawl out. Home is decked out with incredible furnishings in every room. This place is just adorable and homey. Literally less than 5mins to town, Cranmore, Zebs, Moat Mtn Brewing etc - on the same road. Can not beat the location, can not beat the view, it may be the best house in town!

Our stay at Eagle's View was excellent. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. The property manager was responsive to messages and checked to make sure that our stay was great. The house is in a great central location for the area, and although it's on the main road it doesn't feel like it. It's set back, and quiet with wonderful views.

We love this house and the owners have made it very easy to enjoy all the accommodations. Solo fire pit, indoor wood stove, and hot tub. Plenty of games, books, puzzles, and tv/roku to keep the kids entertained, yet all in the same area. Everything for cookin and eating and more!

From start the renting process was simple and Lauren was an excellent communicator with every detail covered. This was a 4 generation holiday from the UK and the house was perfect for all our needs, especially bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The games room was added bonus that the younger members could escape the ‘grannies’ if needed. We were able to cook the whole family Christmas Lunch in the super large kitchen and all have a wonderful day together in this beautiful setting. My husband and I had a few days alone in the house before the family arrived and the highlight for us was the view from the master bedroom of the sun rising over Mount Washington!

House, location, grounds...A+++ We had stayed at Eagles View with the previous owners, and now with the new owners. Always a great time for our family. As soon as we can we would like to book time in December of 2023.

Rented this for a long weekend with the family and dogs and it did not disappoint. Great location and not one bad view in the entire house. The house was also extremely clean and well kept. Property owners/managers were also very helpful and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

We came up to stay with friends (4 adults, 4 kids) for the weekend. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, and is conveniently located. We enjoyed walking on the trails behind the house and the views of Mt. Washington and Cathedral Ledges from the house. Our entire group would love to stay again.

It was a perfect And lovely place for a group of 12 adults to share a house. Location is perfect and the house was well equipped for large our group.

This house does not disappoint. Myself and 6 friends had an amazing and relaxing time in the beautiful house. The location is perfect for taking it easy or being on the go, from shopping to dining. The owners were super helpful and accommodating to our early check in needs. As well as reaching out to make sure all was good. And it was… it was great. I will definitely want to rent this home again.

This is a great house for a family get-away. We visited in October. The house is very roomy, very clean, and very comfortable. Lauren was easy to communicate with, and she’s quick to reply to texts. I’d love to go back there again someday.
