Our stay at Larry’s property at Coral Lagoon was everything that we had hoped for! The views were breathtaking from the balconies and porch. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. Our family was able relax and connect at this amazing property. Our kids cannot wait to come back, thank you!

Our family of four enjoyed three nights at this property. The place is exactly as pictured. I really appreciated the basket of essential items, such as laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. and even some snacks! Everything was exceptionally clean. The beds were super comfortable. A note about the beds: they are super, super high. They look and feel great but if you have little kids, you might want bring side rails or if you’re short like me and have mobility issues, it may be a little rough getting in and out. There is a pullout couch that is of normal height.

Coral Lagoon is a 10+ This Beautiful immaculate kept home is truly welcoming. Owner’s thought of everything from keyless entry to label light switches and charger in every room. Nice touch with basket in kitchen with some starter essentials )dishwasher pods, creamers, laundry detergent etc.) even a few snacks. Bathrooms all have soap, shampoo, cream rinse and body wash. Beds very comfy (just a little high and I’m not short lol) very nice linens and bedding. Everything tastefully done. Enjoy the back deck in the morning with coffee or evenings relaxing with a cocktail while overlooking the lagoon. Pool area is great. Convenient parking spot right in front of unit. Complex is very quiet and grounds are well kept. Pack your bags and head down you will not be disappointed. Lastly, the owner Larry is very conscientious, always got back to me within minutes if I had a question.

Property was exactly as described. The setting is very nice and we'd definitely stay here again on a return trip to the Keys! Just wish we could have stayed longer.

We were very impressed with this property and the great care the owner takes of it. We had every amenity imaginable to us...including bluetooth speakers in our lamps (light bulbs). The property slept 8 "older" but still very active adults from 3 different countries. We had one of three porches, the swimming pool, the great room and the kitchen to gather and share our stories. Thank you Larry for providing such an amazing place for us to reconnect.❤ 🌞🌴

We had a great time, at this amazing quiet & tranquil property! Larry provided accurate information, and prompt communication to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our only suggestion is to update the listing and state: No fishing is allowed in the Coral Lagoon Resort (canal or marina). After speaking to some neighbors (other renters), they also were surprised on the No fishing rule. There is no mention of this on the VRBO listing or Coral Lagoon website. Again, just a suggestion to be transparent. Thanks again for sharing your home!

Quiet & tranquil environment near marina on canal leading to the Atlantic Ocean. Great amenities nearby including boat rentals, snorkeling, beach, restaurants, stores.

Beautiful location, close to everything. House is beautiful and well decorated. Great pool. If you want to rent a boat, highly recommend Captain Hooks don't rent from Coco's. Larry communicates with you quickly when you contact him and that is awesome! Thank you again!

We spent 4 nights for Labor Day weekend. The house was perfect! very clean and very organized. The house is pet friendly and our dog enjoy to spend time outside with us. We used the marina service for our boat and everyone were very nice. . We will be back.

Our stay at Coral Lagoon was perfect! We stayed 1 week with our family of 4. We trailered our boat down with us and The Boat House Marina made it very easy to launch the boat. It was easy to get to slip #5 from the marina. There was fresh water and electric available at the slip which made it easy to clean the boat and supplies after a day on the water. Larry had a cart available for us to use to bring our stuff back and forth to the boat from the home. We would love to have all of this at our own home, but I guess we will just return here to feel completely spoiled. Inside everything was very clean and comfortable. Especially the beds! We were able to quickly settle in and feel at home. Publix, restaurants, tackle/dive shops and West Marine are all close by if you need anything during your stay. We will definitely be returning to this dream location. This was our first visit to Marathon and our stay in Larry's home makes it an easy decision to return and stay here again!

This place was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and the starter supplies were so nice to have. Comfortable beds and the AC worked like a charm which is very important for down in the keys during summer! Larry was great to communicate with and responded very quickly on all questions we had. Overall Coral Lagoon Resort is a great place for a family vacation in Marathon. My husband loved that we could launch our boat and store the trailer all at the same place as our rental. This made for an easy start and finish. The marina is located right in the premises and they are very easy to work with. Couple words of caution: the marina requires that you add them to your boat insurance policy for the duration of your stay. We were not aware of this prior to arrival. Fortunately we have insurance and they were easy to reach. However, if you don’t have insurance or cannot reach them, the marina will not let you store your trailer. The Marina closes at 4:30pm so you must arrive prior to that for check-in. The rental #16 was comfortable, the kitchen was supplied well for meals and large families. We only received 2 dishwasher pods l, 2 garbage bags and 2 laundry packs for our week rental which was not enough and we had to go get more. More supplies would have been nice as it was indicated they were provided. All the beds were very comfortable but every single one squeaked loudly when you moved. This took some getting used to. The USB outlets and wireless charging was great. The pool towels were many and much appreciated. The pool itself was clean and comfortable. Outside seating was nice but a ceiling fan would’ve been helpful as it was very hot and mosquitoes were plentiful. A freestanding fan would’ve worked as well. Overall, we enjoyed our week here and if you are looking for a large rental with easy boating access, this place is ideal.

What’s with the no washcloths?? We’re not supposed to wash?? Or dishrags in kitchen. Also, back door was hard to close. Had to really SLAM it. We picked this place because it was on a canal and allowed for our boat out back, but they charged us $80 to park trailer in their lot! That’s an undisclosed fee we were not aware we had to pay. Shower was quite tight and everyone was VERY close to us. No privacy when outside. Otherwise, it was very clean and comfortable

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! Our family met here for a week of relaxation and this house had everything we needed. There is ample room for sleeping and large family dinners, everyone enjoyed the pool and the manatees even came to visit us during our stay! The people around are very friendly and it was close to everything needed to make our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this if you are wanting a relaxing Keys vacation!

We only stayed a couple days, but the location was great with nice amenities. Everything was clean, newer and comfortable. Neighborhood was cute and well kept.
