fun getaway with a group of friends from up north - nice property, we had a great time!

Property is mostly as listed. Outside area was great for keeping grandkids occupied. However furniture and bar required cleaning when got there. Inside was good but a little dated however our group of 4 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay.

Lots of amenities to keep everyone happy. In general a well maintained property but lacking in the details (starting to get a little rough around the edges. Beds and linens are as good as any 4 star hotel so a plus there but some detailed cleaning could improve the property - IE window, light fixtures pool deck and patio. Overall I would say we got good value for the dollar. I would consider booking again.

The property was everything that it was described to be. Check-in process was very easy and the owner provided excellent communication leading up to the arrival and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

The house was fantastic. The pool needed to be heated, which is an additional charge, but it heated quickly and we were able to enjoy it everyday. Great location, a lot of space for 7 adults, and TVs everywhere, including outside. This is one of the best houses we’ve ever rented.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Layout of the home allowed 6 adults and 2 kids to spread out. It was easy to enjoy being outside, even during the high summer temperatures, with the pool, spa, misting system and covered seating areas. Kitchen had everything that was needed to make great meals. There is nothing I would change about this home. It was perfect.

Large house. Needs a better summary book of directions for use. Don’t request pool/spa to be heated because it really doesn’t need it given the heat system is confusing and the pool isn’t cleaned well.

The house is absolutely beautiful and clean…beds were super comfy. You are required to keep the vacuum in the pool…which causes a huge inconvenience. It’s big and bulky with a large hose. The air conditioner also had a lot of trouble keeping the house cool. Otherwise great property.

This house is BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS! Was more than we expected but exactly what you see in the pictures. We had 8 people in our group vacationing and everyone loved the house. We all had more than enough space inside and out. The rental is well stocked with everyday items you would need from kitchen stuff to the bathrooms, washer and dryer, and plenty of towels and blankets. We spent several days just hanging out by the pool and relaxing, which was very enjoyable for all of us. There are mister located around the patio that you can turn on which help keep you cool all day long and able to hang outside in the heat and at night the pool has lights that makes it beutiful to sit and hangout as well. There is a roof top area to watch the beautiful sunsets. When we ventured outside the rental, everything was with in 5 to 30 mins drive. We hiked 3 different hiking trails, went shopping at local shops, the mall and other chain store around the area, grocery stores were right down the road and horseback riding within walking distance. The neighborhood was beautiful and quite. When I had questions or concerns the management company was very prompt in responding. We are 2 families and vacation every year together for the last 14 years and this is one we talked about definitely coming back to. One of best vacation rental we have rent yet. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this house. The location what is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still very close to the grocery stores and fun entertainment. The beds were Supportive, and comfortable. The great room was wonderful for family gathering. The house was well acquainted with all kitchen supplies . The horses around the property or an easy walk for an early mormorning ride.

Beautiful home and great location in Scottsdale. Management company was terrific - very friendly and great to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet hideaway that has great hiking nearby and also all the trimmings that Scottsdale has to offer.

Beautiful property!! We loved the pool and back yard. The pool had problems with the heat pump… so we missed several days of using it. The house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking and appreciated the newer appliances.

It was a great house with a great backyard. Best part was the helper gal was super responsive when it came to heating the pool and hot tub she was an all star.

Its always nice when the listing matches your experience. We spent the week working and relaxing. Plenty of room to spread out, enjoy the pool and spa plus outside grill. Great work space and access to golf. Quiet place, clean and it great working order.

Two brothers & wives stayed here with 8 kids ranging in age from 9-15. Plenty of space for all. Bathroom amnemities were available, the amount of bath and pool towels were surprisingly abundant. The management company ensured they would address any questions or problems by providing us with phone/email contacts. We did not have to contact anyone during our stay but I believe they would’ve been there if we needed anything. We wouldn’t change a thing about our 4 nights in this lovely home!

If you are looking for a place to relax around the pool with family and friends while enjoying amazing accommodations, this is it. The booking and check in process was smooth and hassle free. Despite other homes being nearby, you feel secluded in a very private setting. A great place to spend a week with friends soaking up the Arizona sun!

All in all a lovely stay, this property has a great combination of having lots to do, but also commands relaxation. I disagree with a previous review saying the beds were terrible - they were great! And we tend to be 'picky bed people' when travelling, they weren't rock hard but not a suffocating soft bed either. The kitchen and outdoor grill were great. I only had a couple things to point out that may help others as well as property management. One is that the property is managed by a third party group, not the usual VBRO owner experience we're used to. This really only became an issue when we were all relaxing outside eating lunch and suddenly a group of landscapers showed up with loud gas powered weed whackers out of the blue. If it had been owner run we would have had a heads-up, but not so in this case. I understand with a full schedule landscaping, pool cleaning (that guy came the day after) etc has to be done some time, but it would be nice to know. My wife said what if she had been sunbathing out back and not very clothed thinking there was privacy and suddenly a group of men showed up...not good. The bathroom off the bedroom on the north end (King bed but not the master) doesn't drain in the tub well so water builds up when you take a shower. That needs to be looked at, and judging by the faint line on the shower curtain I think it's been going on for some time.And I can't remember if it states in the ad, but the pool and spa can't be heated at the same time. It takes a lot of heat and energy which I totally understand, but if someone isn't familiar with pools there should be a note regarding that. You just have to plan out well in advance your plans to either use the hot tub or pool. The hot tub heats up pretty fast (70 to 100 in 1-2 hours) but the pool takes forever. If you forget to switch it back to pool heating before going to bed after being in the spa, it will be ice cold in the morning and may never get warm until the next night. Just an FYI!Again, great place and I'm sure we'll be back in the future!

This is a great property and we all enjoyed both the home and the outdoor spaces tremendously. So many different areas to relax and catch up. The pool and hot tub were the highlight. Accommodations are 5 star.

We really loved this property. It's super quiet --- all of the lots in the area are pretty large so you feel like you have a lot of privacy in the backyard. The master is huge. All of the rooms are good sized. The kitchen was really very well stocked with an abundance of cookware and cooking utensils. Even had a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. Now let's talk about the backyard. I have to say the pictures do not do it justice. It's really nice, large and relaxing. There is a ton of furniture and places to sit. The pool and jacuzzi heated nice and quickly (you have to pay extra to heat the pool/jacuzzi but it's worth it during the cooler months). All in all, we highly recommend this place and look forward to going back someday.
