We had a wonderful stay and the property was exactly was described online! Property manager was a great communicator and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better location, especially with little children. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at your wonderful condo for the week. Location was fabulous and the condo was well appointed and meticulously clean. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. We were able to check in early which was extremely helpful. Lauren, our host was a great communicator. We highly recommend this condo for a family of 5 or 2 couples.

Very much enjoyed hanging our hats here after a couple great days of skiing. Thanks again!

Great property, close to the slopes, family friendly

This apartment is very cozy and welcoming. This was our first stay in steamboat as a family. I could imagine in the winter how popular this area gets. But for middle of August It was nice and quit just what we needed. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and relaxing on the big couch. There is off-street parking, fireplace outside and 2 hot tubs. 2min to the Gondola and ski lifts makes me wanna return in the winter.

Very neat and tidy in a great location. Due to a very hot summer we were pretty hot during our stay. There is no air conditioning but there are a couple fans that helped.

Property was a great location. Bedrooms were as described and they had toiletries available. They were doing some building maintenance, including painting of the exterior, which would have been nice to know about before, but in the end didn’t interfere with our stay. Had a great time as always in Steamboat!

First and foremost I am from Texas so this is a new experience to visit Steamboat during the summer. Never in a million years did I think I would need to check to see if a condo had air conditioning in a town like Steamboat in the United States. After a relaxing 14 hour drive we get to our condo around 630pm. I walk in to 84 degrees showing on the thermostat. I notice I can’t adjust it. I start looking for ac vents and don’t see any. And just like that I realized this beautiful condo is like staying in a 3rd world country. I did text the owner about a parking issue and offered my opinion on buying a portable AC if they didn’t want central AC. They apologized but said stick a fan in the window and it will cool off. They said in order to have AC they would lose their patio space. How dare you get rid of the patio because we literally had to sit out there every night until midnight until the condo cooled down to at least 75. While the condo was nice and did the job I absolutely hated every night when we would come back from a day of activities. All day everyday we were there all I could think of is the temp outside and what it will do to the temp in our condo. Who the hell doesn’t have AC in the United States in 2022?

We stayed in July for a soccer tournament weekend. When I booked I didn’t realize the condo didn’t have air conditioning. It was 86. But, the hosts provided multiple fans and when the sun goes down the temperature is great. I would 100% stay again. The host texted me with her personal number the morning of checkin to welcome me. Very accommodating.

We loved our weekend getaway in this beautiful condo. It’s decorated in a way that makes you feel at home. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We will definitely come back!

Great location, property was clean and communication was great! Very direct access to the resort. You can walk to plenty of restaurants and there is a little market across the street.

Christy Sports was right across the street which made picking up and dropping off rentals easy. Apres Burger Bistro was right upstairs from Christy Sports. Their burgers and breakfasts were excellent. Walking to the gondola/lifts each morning was super easy and there was plenty to do in Steamboat Village once off the mountain. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire with a drink at Saddles after coming off the mountain. Getting to town was no problem either. There are free shuttles and plenty of Uber drivers to get you where you need to be. I highly recommend this property. THANK YOU for sharing your home with us!

The pictures do not do this unit justice. Very nice and clean. Great view. A few critiques: this unit is on the 4th floor and the elevator didn't work, which was a pain hauling kids with ski boots on up and down the stairs. Hopefully it is fixed now. The unit is also under-lit. TV technology in the master needs updating. Other than those very small items, the unit was excellent, property was excellent with two large spas and was about 100 yards walking distance to the Gondola. The kids ski school drop off was about a 250 yard walk. Transportation to and from Steamboat, to the airports, etc. is a nightmare due to a labor shortage. Good luck on shuttle reservations, there are no cabs, no Uber or Lyft, few limos, and get your check book ready if you rent a car.
