There was no hot water and the property support were not helpful, late replies with no action taken until I checked out. I moved to another hotel so I’m able to take a shower! So no hot water, only one set of towels, no washing machine, building is in a very bad shape and smells really bad, TV doesn’t work, internet is very slow and disconnects frequently, unhelpful customer support who neglected my issues and instead of addressing them, they just shared a message with checkout instructions. Would never come back and I won’t recommend this Airbnb to anyone, not even for my enemy!! Waste of money.

The door codes were sent on an email and a text message making it seamless to get to the property, no matter what time we arrived.

The codes that were initially sent were wrong for the inner door to the apartment, but this was quickly rectified with a text message to the host who provided an immediate response.

Hello booking.com team, Thank you for your farewell email, I can only say that I did not enjoy my stay here in this apartment at all! As in many emails in the last three weeks, I can only say again that almost all of them are bad! The apartment was still dirty when I arrived, it was very cold and there was no working heating, the shutters on the windows are all broken, no WIFI was working and the general condition of the apartment is catastrophic! There is no way I will be coming back here, nor will I recommend it to anyone. You can expect a bad online feedback from me on your platform now. No washing machine, not enough cutlery/crockery

Location was very convenient, close to path, nj transit and local markets/restaurants. The window ac units in room and living room were nice.

Apartment was not as clean as expected, hair and dust was very present around the apartment. had to buy my own toilet paper and dish detergent which wasnt expecting considering the price. the building is very run down also.
