We spent a long weekend in Dewey- our dog’s happy place. Despite the tropical storm we had a great time. Location was perfect- we could get dinner without getting wet. Great space for teens to spread out but still be together.

We had a lovely time. The only issue, and not a deal breaker, is the amount of steps to climb to get to the condo. The condo, itself, is very nice and well kept. We would return.

Steps to the beach, restaurants, trolley, mini-golf and nightlife! Space to spread out and beach hardware provided. Our second Labor Day weekend there, a great property!

Condo was very nice and suited our needs. We
loved how close we were to the beach. The
host was quick at returning questions.
We had six older adults with three cars, so parking was a little stressful.
Also, it needed to be clearly stated that there are no soaps of any kind in the house.
No dishwashing or hand soaps or paper towels.
Where we stayed before these few items were provided.

We loved the Dewey Beach apartment! It was clean, spacious and in a great location. Harry was a great host - responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Thanks again!

We were anticipating louder than normal noise based on the location but the noise was minimal and not an issue at all. The condo was clean upon arrival and we were grateful for the reserved parking spot. We had a terrific mini vacation and will definitely love to return.

The location was perfect with kids to go to beach and our dog - so happy Dewey is dog friendly! Than had friends for weekend and nice to have several places in walking distance.

Prime location, walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurants. Spacious bedrooms, balconies. Inclusion of beach chairs and umbrellas was a nice touch. Welcome basket (beach bucket) with goodies was appreciated!

The location is great and the space accommodating for a nice group. This specific unit thought needs some upgrading and proper maintenance. Would recommend if you're not looking for anything great but want to be close to the beach and surrounding culture!

This is a cute property in the heart of Dewey beach. We enjoyed the ease of almost everything being within walking distance!

We had a fantastic time at the Dewey Beach property. The location was great (quick stroll down ocean block to the sand, and in the center of town), the accommodations were very nice (having plenty of space, comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen with all cooking tools we needed, and no "rental surprises"), and we were able to bring along our two fun dogs who LOVED the ocean. Definitely in the running for a return trip next year!

Great Vacation!
Harry's condo is in a great location - just a short walk to beach and restaurants. He was very quick to respond to all my questions and helped us with parking when we arrived. Condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Would definitely stay here again!

Dewey Beach Stay
Harry was an excellent host. He took the time to help us secure a parking spot for our large vehicle (that would not fit in the spot provided), which was no small feat, given the the condo is in the heart of everything going on at Dewey Beach and it was the 4th of July weekend. He helped us out a great deal with parking, and was also very responsive during our week's stay. He was a great host. The condo also fit our needs well, was clean and well maintained and provided us a great location to rest after a day at the beach (just a few short steps), a dinner in Rehoboth, or an evening out enjoying Dewey Beach nightlife. Thanks for everything and we would definitely recommend this great location and it's very accommodating host, Harry.

Girls weekend
We loved our stay! Location was perfect for all things Dewey beach! It was so close to the beach and having chairs and umbrellas provided was amazing! The place was clean and the perfect size! The balconies were great and the perfect place to enjoy the sunset!

Close to the beach, but definitely in need of some tlc. Felt dirty and doors were falling off the hinges. Host provides no towels, linens, soap, etc. Basically, it was close to the beach and it was a place to sleep. Also messaged the host days before arrival and he never responded.

Great Location & Comfortable Stay
Harry's condo was clean, comfortable and so convenient to all of Dewey's best bars and restaurants. We loved being so close to the beach. We would definitely stay again in the near future.

When we arrived at the property we were a bit confused as to where it was but reached out to the owner and he was extremely helpful. The unit is on the 2nd floor with no elevator so if you can't do steps it is not ideal. We were fine once unloaded. Location was fabulous. Unit definitely needs updated but met our needs. Loved having the dogs with us. They had a blast. Overall I would recommend renting from the owner again, but maybe a different property. He was great to work with.

Our family had a great stay. This property was very conveniently located; walking distance to beach, restaurants and a playground for the kids. Everyone enjoyed relaxing on the balconies. Slept great.

Perfect for a group!
Proximity to the beach, restaurants, waterfront, and shops is excellent. There is a jolly trolley stop right out front and lots of other options all in walking distance. The condo itself was perfect, lots of space to spread out and relax! We were a group of moms away from our families for the weekend and felt completely safe.
Only word of advice for the area is the metered parking is not included with the pass and is a separate number when using the app.

Condo was close to beach and room sizes were good. Extremely noisy on first floor from businesses below especially on weekends. Noisy to sleep for people on first floor bedroom. Kitchen could really use updated cooking utensils, pots and pans etc.

The condo itself is a good size and layout but could use some upgrades. It would be good if the listing would have included something about the amount of noise to expect. There is a bar beneath this unit as well as several bars across the street. There was a decent amount of street noise.
The owner Harry is very friendly and easy to deal with.

We had a wonderful week with our two small children. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning which was remedied right away. We will be back again!
