Had a wonderful family trip! Love the comfortable and cozy cabin! Great place to stay for an enjoyable vacation!

The cabin was clean and well stocked. Location was great and communication with the owners was very good.

Great cabin and location. It was perfect for our family of 4, each of the kids had their own bed with their own space. We spent a lot of time playing pool and air hockey as a family.

Nice cabin. The only thing I didn’t like is the trash drop off is a little distance away and confusing to find. I feel like being this far away, you should be able to leave the trash and let the housekeeper take it.

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous. It had all you need to stay there very comfortably! Very quiet for a peaceful getaway & plenty of room for 6 or more. Very close to all you could possibly want to do while in the Gatlinburg/pigeon forge area. We loved it & would definitely book this cabin when we go back!

The cabin was very cute and cozy. The only issue we had that was a serious complaint that the owners have no control over was the pool not being open during our whole stay. It was closed due to issues with algae. We would have never stayed anywhere without access to a pool.

It was just as advertised. Very quant, relaxing, amd clean. It was a little further out than we expected but managable.

We came from NY for a destination Family Reunion, this was a well situated , and a wonderful cabin!

The cabin was nice, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

Everything was clean and just as described. The hot tub and game room were a hit with our teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It feels very secluded but is super convenient to other things! We had some questions about the TV and the owners were very quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Our stay was amazing and the cabin exceeded our expectations. The little personal touches waiting for us upon arrival brought a smile to our faces. Can’t wait to come back!

Our Beary Cost cabin was awesome! It had a bear theme inside and out! It was spacious for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. Games to occupy kids and adults. You won't be disappointed!! Thank you for such an awesome cabin!!

The cabin looked just like the advertising. It was beautiful inside and out, very family oriented. The location was wonderful, close but not too close to neighboring cabins. Have already recommended to friends and family for future use.

We had a great vacation at the Beary Cozy cabin. We immediately felt at home there and would definitely recommend it to anyone else wanting to visit the Smoky Mountains! James was an excellent host and was so good about communicating with us and keeping us up to date on our stay!

The owners communicated well. The place was exactly as described. The home is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We were able to get in a little early so that was a bonus for us. We will stay again if we come back to that area.

This was a good location for our spring break get away with my parents and my children! We had a great stay! There was a slight hold up on check in, it was communicated with us well and they adjusted our check out!

We recently stayed with our family at Beary Cozy for a long weekend and couldn't be more pleased with our stay. We were specifically looking to stay in Sevierville due to our daughter coaching a travel team that was playing at the convention center. After staying here we will highly consider this cabin and location again even though in the past we have stayed in Pigeon Forge. We really liked the location. Now for the cabin...we loved it! Since my daughter was coaching, my husband and I spent more time in the cabin with our 1 year old grandson. We did go a few places in the area, but we really enjoyed spending time in the cabin with our family. There was plenty of space and it is a beautiful cabin. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. The guys enjoyed the pool table and playing cards in the loft. The deck is amazing! This cabin is in a resort so there are other cabins around which is not an issue for us. I could see us staying here in the summer as well since they have a pool that the family would enjoy. If you are considering this cabin, go ahead and book it. The owners were great to deal with and even helped me with some items that my children left there. Great cabin, great communication with owners, and nice location. We loved Beary Cozy!

This was a very clean and cute cabin. Check in and out was super easy. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals and the overall set up was perfect for our small group. Enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to visit again during the summer!

We loved our stay, it was beautiful property and remote feel. Roku in living room would not work or update is only down but so many beautiful amenities!

We took our son, his wife and our 2 grandchildren (14,10 boys), to the mountains for their Christmas as they wanted a trip. They live in CA and flew to AL for the holidays. Went to Dollywood. Loved the cabin boys loved the game room. Beary Cozy was a very nice cabin and would definitely stay there again!

We ran into some difficulty with unexpected ice on the roads, but the owners were extremely helpful and were sure to reach out to us with all the information they could give us early on into our trip to make things much easier on us. We had two couples and 3 kids (5,11 & 12). We all fit comfortably in the cabin and felt right at home upon arrival. The beds were super comfortable-- especially the pillows. Also, the kitchenware is up to date and plentiful. We had to cook many of our meals at the cabin due to special dietary needs, and we had everything needed and in good condition to do so.
