Great location. Everything clean.

This house was great! We were a group of 12. We had plenty of room to spread out with a living area upstairs and downstairs. There were 4 bathrooms which were very accommodating for a group of our size. The location of this property to the beach was perfect to walk to the beach. This house is located in an area that is very quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. This is a house we would definitely book again.

Great location. The home was nicely done. Very comfortable & clean. Great floor plan with five bedrooms & four full bathrooms with shoes. The cottage has a great floor plan. Outdoor deck plenty of room to brill & relax. Nice vies fro the deck. 1-2 minutes tops you can walk to the beach you can see from the top deck. The place was immaculate. Beautiful home. Comfortable furniture. What a great family time we had. Thank you so much for allowling to stay at your beach house. Definitely are considering doing it again with the family. The owners seem to be genuinely good people.

Cannot beat the location - you can see the sand from the house and it is a very short walk. The beach is beautiful and almost private the week we were there. The house is well stocked and we liked the two living rooms and ability to spread out on the two levels. The master bath and kitchen could use an upgrade but not a deal breaker. We would rent again.

Vitamin Sea was the perfect location! It was beautifully decorated and the view was amazing! Lots of things to do within a 10 minute drive if you choose to leave.

I would definitely recommend this home if you have dogs. The large deck is perfect for your fur babies. Loved the location, just steps from the beach. Very peaceful, enough distance from high rise condos where traffic is low but close enough to be in the thick of it if you want. Home has everything you need from extra towels to all your kitchen needs....we had a crab boil and the crab pot was already there ready to go. 5 star all the way! We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The views were awesome and the location was terrific! Easy access to the beach and it was quiet as inbetween the tourist areas. The house had a lot of character and even though it was an older home, it's decor was very beachy and well done. There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds were so comfortable! The layout I thought was a bit quirky at first, but it actually worked well (especially the kitchen bar). The deck was a bit weathered, but it was large and had awesome views! Jason was great host. He checked in on us and was please to have feed back when I mentioned a dripping tap and slow drains. He offered to send someone out while we were there, but as we were only there a few days, I told him just to wait until we left. The house was very clean except for a lot of sand under the rugs and some baseboards needing dusting, but I think the cleaner may have been in a hurry as the floors were really wet when we arrived an hour after we were supposed to. Overall, great place for a family trip or girls weekend!

Vitamin Sea made it easy to have toes in sand everyday or enjoy sunsets from the large deck. House is well stocked with beach supplies, kitchenware and comfy beds. Groceries just a few blocks away made a Covid safe stay even easier. House is pet friendly in a good neighborhood for walks. Awesome escape from winter and hope to be back next year!

Traveling with 2 dogs is often hard to find accommodations....but this place was the best. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Loved the kitchen bar area. Since we were here during COVID we cooked in and the setup for the kitchen albeit cozy was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Would highly recommend it to others. Only one block walk to a very private area of the beach. We would definitely stay here again

This property was spacious, clean and was so close to the beach. The beach is just across the street and has a short, beautiful path. The beach is secluded with no condos around. We will definitely be back!

This was an amazing beach house with great location to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and anything else you might need. The house is exactly as described and the hosts were very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions. My family had a great time and we will definitely be going back again!

House was nice and clean when we arrived and pictures are accurate. We have been visiting Laguna Beach for 20 years, and this was by far our favorite stay. Such an easy walk to the beach and not crowded. We could even walk to Carousel Grocery store! Looking forward to returning next year!
