At 24 ft, this is the perfect RV for the first timer and large enough for a family of 5. Motorhome sleeps 2 adults in back, cab over bed capable of sleeping 2 adults (see measurements) , and the dinette turns into a bed for small children. Please read expectations carefully. Please allow up to 1 hour for training depending on your experience it may be shorter. Pick up and drop off will be no later than 630 PM. At pick up you will have a full tank of gas ready for you and we expect the same at drop off. Anything less than full will be taken from the deposit in the amount of $5 per gallon. Please be courteous in returning the RV cleaned (check list and cleaning products supplied) or for a fee, we can take care of the cleaning for you. The gray and black tanks should be emptied before dropping off. If you do not feel comfortable we can dump it for additional fee.
