Great location. Pretty clean.

There was no fetch TV remote so couldn’t watch the tv upstairs. When I rang Caleb (who was looking after the property) I found him to be very rude and condescending with his remarks of “Serena it’s just a tv”. He came across very short and didn’t have a solution. We checked the whole entire house (as he suggested and had done before I rang). I understood it’s “just a tv” but I paid in the knowledge that all facilities were able to be used. And clearly they weren’t and he didn’t seem to have the time to talk to me. I actually rang through 4 times before he picked up. And the first thing he said was yes I could see you e tried to call us four times…meaning he obviously had ignored my calls. I also asked him to call me back after speaking the the previous people to see if they had accidentally taken it with them. Then at least I could stop trying to look for it. But he didn’t…which I did say to him he probably wouldn’t because of his manner with me. Didn’t hear from him for the rest of the stay. So unfortunately the place was fine to stay (except not working tv) but I certainly wouldn’t recommend or go through this company again. Which is unfortunate. But there is no excuse for rudeness or being unprofessional.

The location is great and so close to the beach. Great parking and easily suited 2 families. Games provided were great for the kids. Having access to smart tv/Netflix etc is fantastic

Fan in master bedroom didn’t work.

the oven was dirty from previous stay, the dishwasher was full from previous stay, a blind in the dining/ living area broken[ not pulling down a chair on the deck the frame was bent and if used would have injured the user the toilet seat in the main toilet was not connected

Dirty, uncomfortable lounges and unclean house. Toilet leaked. Had to bring own linen. No toilet in ensuite

Great location, property has been cleverly renovated. Keys easy to obtain, linen all on the beds, crockery clean, wonderful views

There was no manual for the oven, hard to work out how to use it. Fan in the bedroom was broken Blinds were also a bit broken, wouldn't close properly

Good functional property with a great location to beach

The house is next to a large property let that houses 16 people also managed by same property managers. During our stay there we’re at least 15 party goers next door that kept us up until 4am two nights out of three. I had called agents on Friday regarding inability to control main tv and they didn’t call back so was unable to complain about the noise next door.
