We loved our stay at Creekside camp. It was very cozy with thoughtful details and every amenity needed for a weekend getaway. The communication was timely and very detailed. The location was perfect and we would love to come back and stay to experience it in the warmer weather. Creekside camp exceeded our expectations and the hosts were fabulous.

Wonderful weekend with college girlfriends to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Exactly what we were looking for. Great house...enjoyed the kitchen, wood stove, and hot tub. VRBO description is spot on. Spent time tootling around in Dorset, including dropping $ at the H&N. And had a great time on the trails at the Merck Farm and Forest.

We could not be more pleased with our 3 night stay at Creekside Camp. The cabin was absolutely spotless, with a well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We marveled at the clever, cozy decorating that brought the history of the cabin to life. We spent most of our time reading and recharging in front of the wood stove that worked perfectly with no smoky odor. Once the temps hit 18 degrees we ventured out to the hot tub and it was well worth the few frigid steps to get in.
Owners were very nice, as well as, easy to communicate with, and we can't wait to return for another stay.
We highly recommend this rental!

Was a perfect getaway for a long weekend of skiing. The photos don't do the property justice! The hosts were super responsive and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house.

What a cozy and well-equipped country cabin you get when you book this home. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING, and we never needed to bother them with questions. We felt absolute privacy and enjoyed exploring Manchester and Pawlet. The picturesque creek and setting of the cabin provided the scene for ultimate relaxation. Oh, and there is the fabulous hot tub! The cabin was immaculately clean, as well. Our only complaint was that our stay was too short. We will be back! Thank you, Dan and Kellie, for providing us with a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and weekend!

We have rented many amazing houses for shorter and longer vacations. This one stands out and is so beautiful! Perfectly curated and spotlessly clean.
The creek behind the house is an awesome backdrop and the fire place just allows for the cozy nights in the comfy couches.
They thought of everything!

After selling our Dorset, Vermont home we needed a place to unwind and relax before heading south. This property fit the bill perfectly! The minute we arrived we knew our last week in Vermont would be a great one! The home is adorable with a quiet but convenient location. The home was spotless, well equipped and easy to live in!
Dan and Kelle are great hosts! The made sure we had everything we needed and followed up to make sure things were as we expected!
We had a great week of weather and were able to take advantage of all of the amenities…hot tub, fire pit, wood stove, grill and stream.
I 100% recommend this home without hesitation and would definitely stay here again. Well done!

First, communication with Dan was top notch. My husband and i were looking for a relaxing vacation after many life stressors. The house - more beautiful than pictures show. Every comfort and luxurious detail has been thought of. We've stayed at numerous VBRO rentals but already trying to figure out when we can get back. Three days was not enough. We planned to eat out at fabulous restaurants each night but decided we'd rather be " home " to enjoy our beautiful rental. Hate to say this, but realize others need a great vacation away as much as we did . Cant recommend enough.

Creek side camp is a hidden gem. The creek & the hot tub are so relaxing and enjoyable. Our dogs loved the creek and taking a walk along the quiet road. We appreciate that the property was so comfortable and everything is provided. Just bring your food & beverages because you won’t want to leave! Also, check out Machs Market a few minutes down the road. They have great meal options, as well as beer & wine. The pastries are delicious! Thanks so much for sharing this property and for providing everything we needed for an amazing vacation!

Three friends were up for a wedding in Dorset and were fortunate to find this gem. It was a quick visit as the wedding festivities kept us busy but we wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the beautiful home and surrounding creek. Immaculate and outfitted with everything you might need! Can’t say enough about how nice it was!

The property was beautiful and even better than we expected! The host went out of their way to make us feel at home and they anticipated all of our needs! My husband and I frequent this area 4-5 times a year, mostly staying at local B&Bs and boutique inns. This time we decided to try our luck staying renting a local home for a few nights, and I'm so glad that we did, as this home went above and beyond our expectations. The home itself is marvelous with perfectly appointed rooms, a spacious living room, wonderful kitchen and bathrooms, a lovely master bedroom with gorgeous views of the stream outside. The outside deck and hot tub overlooking the beautiful stream was so beautiful and private. And, the hosts were FAN-TAS-TIC! What an incredible find. We cannot wait to come back. Can't say enough good things about this home.

This is our second stay at Creekside Camp, and it was just as fantastic as the first. We enjoyed the fantastic location, as well as all the nice little touches throughout the cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill, being close to the creek, and our pup enjoyed the cookies.

Where to start??? The Creekside Camp exceeded ALL of our expectations (and needs)...The location while accessible, and convenient, has the feeling of isolation & serenity...Dan & Kelle were very approachable, and created an environment for complete relaxation, with EVERYTHING thought out for guests to choose, "should I stay or should I go???"....The answer...When we ventured away from "the Camp" to day trip, our minds focused on cooking a meal in the incredibly well stocked kitchen....Oh...Did I mention CLEAN!?!?... WE felt as if we were the first guests ever to set foot in the "Cabin"....A Wonderful place, set in a Heavenly location of the Vermont Countryside....

This was our second time here and we will definitely be back! Great location, everything you can think of made available by the host. The wood stove is ideal for slow mornings with coffee. If you’re feeling adventurous, we also enjoyed several polar plunges in the iced cold river! Can’t wait to return again

Dan has really thought out everything that one would need in this cabin. while it is a series of additions, that only adds to the charm of the place. We were upstairs and quite surprised to find the bed, very comfortable, has the ability to raise the upper body. One person will have to crawl out of the bed as it is against a wall. For anyone who has been to an alpine hut this is not a problem, but unlike the hut, you have your own bathroom, with a shower and the floor has heated tile!! The shower is under a sloped ceiling but I am 6' 2" and was not forced bend down as is the case with most showers under a sloped ceiling. Again, Dan really though about things when he built this cabin space.

We thoroughly enjoyed Creekside Camp. Dan and Kellie have done a great job in adding to the home away from home experience. Clean, clean, clean, the bed was super comfortable, the towels are better than what we have at home and the welcome gifts were all nice touches that add to a wonderful place to stay. We unfortunately didn't have much snow, but the hiking in the surrounding area was just perfect for the dogs. They were so exhausted at night they just collapsed on the "doggie" throw left out for them! Truly a wonderful little cabin w/ thought put into every aspect!

I was blown away by the level of detail and thought that went into Creekside Camp. It is such a fun location which made our stay that much better. Hearing the creek from the master bed at night was one of my favorite parts! Dan and Kellie were super helpful throughout the whole process and were accommodating when we wanted to check out late. They even left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary (thank you Dan and Kellie!). It was super cold (in the negatives) when we were there but the fireplace made our stay warm and cozy. We plan to go back once the snow melts and the sun is out! Great hosts, great location and an awesome rental!

Creekside Camp was exactly what we were looking for....rustic, but with modern, upscale touches. The cabin was exceptionally clean, with a well-stocked kitchen containing quality cookware, knives, and appliances. Everything you might need to mix cocktails or enjoy a bottle of wine was provided. The bed was super comfy.
The setting was picture-perfect, especially in the snow. The rushing water of the rocky creek, surrounding mountains, and woods were magical. Plenty of firewood was provided which we took advantage of, and Dan, the owner, was available if we needed anything.

The cabin was even more charming and thoughtfully appointed than advertised, with a SPECTACULAR outdoor living area next to the falling creek. So happy we went a little father out of the way for this beauty! We hope to be back 🥰

Our stay at the Creekside Camp was truly wonderful! The house and property are beautifully maintained and perfectly stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was an amazing few days for myself and my spouse to relax and take a break from the world. The house is so welcoming and the wood burning fireplace created the ultimate coziness. I will be dreaming of our morning coffees by the fire for quite some time to come. The hot tub next to the rushing creek was a perfect way to end the day after a beautiful VT hike. Thank you to Dan for being an attentive and accommodating host. We will certainly be back soon!

This property was amazing! The place is well stocked with everything you could need - from linens and towels to make up wipes and robes!! The outdoor area was peaceful and has so many areas to sit and relax. The inside was just rustic enough to feel like you are away from it all but with a modern kitchen and two beautiful bathrooms. We brought our daughters and our dogs (who also were well taken care of with dog bowls, welcome treats, etc)! This was an amazing place to stay, and we hope for a return visit!

Stayed at this property for a long weekend. This was our second time renting this property this year, we brought some friends with us this time to share this wonderful place with. I can’t say enough great things about this place or the exceptional attention to detail put forth by the owners to make this place the five star experience that it is. We still have not seen Doug the owl, oh well, guess we’ll have to come back again :)

From the moment you step into the house, it feels like a welcoming home. The accommodations and attention to detail are stellar and I cannot think of one thing lacking. They even had the dog dishes set out along with a tasty treat for my dog. And a much appreciated bottle of Prosecco chilling in the fridge. This is my second visit to Creekside Camp and hopefully it won’t be the last.

Wonderful cabin by a stream in a quiet corner of Vermont. Loved the hot tub by the water and a great breakfast at the Dorset Bakery. Close to the Merck Farm where we found some marvelous trails to enjoy the view-shed.

Property was exactly as advertised. Exceptionally clean and wonderful location. Quiet and peaceful but also not far from town. Owners thought of everything and all the little extras made for a very enjoyable stay. Hot tub was very clean and house was well equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend!
