What a great place for our family to gather. Easy drive from SeaTac airport. Stunning view. Comfortable, spacious and cozy seating for all of us. We all enjoyed cooking together in the big kitchen.
My grandkids loved spotting the big ships. We enjoyed using the provided binoculars to watch the eagle pair come and go from their nest. Iconic PNW location.

This place is incredible. This trip was planned in less than a week and and this home was booked the day before we arrived. My 4 kids and I stayed here. The host was so quick in responding and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival, and it was!!!!! We loved everything about the home the views and the property. My boyfriend flew out to visit his son at the Bremerton naval base and is a complete skeptic on renting these vacation homes and boy did this home change his mind. He wished he hadn’t rented a hotel. I love that our stay was beautiful (but too short) to say the least. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything and especially the memories I was able to make with my children!!!

This house is in a beautiful location with stunning views. Shopping is nearby and so is everything else you might want to see in the Seattle area. The house is very spacious and is very spacious. The bedrooms are downstairs with a bonus sitting room. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. There are plenty of towels and if you were to actually run out, there is a washer and dryer one can use to do laundry.
The host Linda is very responsive and very kind. We had a family emergency and because of it, we needed to extend our stay. She was so helpful through the process and even blocked some time for us just in case we needed to stay even longer. She checked in with me every day to see how our daughter was doing and was so empathetic. We have stayed at many different places, but Linda was the best host we ever dealt with.
I highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

My family & I stayed at this waterfront vacation property for a week. We had a wonderful time! The home was as described and the view — oh, the view!! — was spectacular! There was plenty of room for us whether we were together at the dining table, or taking a quiet break in different rooms.

We travelled as a family of 6 and spent 5 days in the Seattle area pre-cruise. This was a fantastic property and meet our needs and expectations perfectly. The home was very well maintained , clean and tidy however the star of the show was the view. We could easily have sat and looked at this all day and evening. Ideal location for seeing the sights nearby and only 20 mins from airport and 35-40 mins to Seattle. If we’re fortunate to be staying in this area again in future, we will definitely be booking with Linda, who was a great host.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Puget Sound. The sunsets were amazing. Fireworks for the Fourth were visible all across the water. The house was big enough for our family. The beds were comfortable. The home was stocked with everything you need…just bring your clothes and toothbrush. Linda's communication was proactive and very helpful. The only warning is that travel to Seattle and Tacoma took longer than I had anticipated because of all the traffic. I would highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay on the water.

The location and house are great! Beautiful views, great deck, kitchen very well stocked, rooms/beds comfortable-it's a super place-3 or 4th time we've stayed while visiting friend in Federal Way who no longer travels. Six of us who've known each other since junior high travel to see him-we're all over 70. We look forward to staying there again next year!

This is a wonderful place in a beautiful and safe location. The host leaves a helpful binder with instructions. The entry key code system and WiFi worked well. We enjoyed watching the eagles and seals from the deck. We highly recommend this house. This is not a complaint - just awareness for folks who might have trouble with stairs and balance - the bedrooms are all down stairs from the main floor living area and there are no safety grab bars in either shower. The sheets are washed in a strong smelling detergent (Tide?) and some people have sensitivity to smells. We solved by washing the sheets in an unscented detergent. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

The view is gorgeous, the house gracious, spacious and well-appointed. It is easy to relax, lovely to watch the spectacular sunsets. The family could come together and hang out as a group and also find places to rest and spend quiet moments alone. The owner is delightful, responsive and kind. This is great place to stay.

You wake up in master bedroom with amazing views, sunsets and sunrises are beyond words.. Spacious, and family oriented. Such an amazing place. I will be back for sure!

This is a treasure of a house! The views are stunning and we had a pod of seals playing in the water right below the house that kept us entertained! Brand new mattress was much appreciated and we loved cooking in the kitchen overlooking the Puget Sound. We will be back - the owners really do an amazing job with this home!

We recently made a family trip to federal way to visit family and stayed at this beautiful property in dash point area. The property is gorgeous, spacious and very well kept.
Communicating with Linda was easy breezy and she was more than accommodating for an early check-in request. We had everything we needed.
Being along the water was serene and very relaxing. We got a couple breaks of sun which made it that much more enjoyable.
Our kids (6 and 4) enjoyed the games and space downstairs and my oldest loved peering through the provided binoculars at the wildlife and water.
Overall we definitely would stay here again and especially in the warmer months to enjoy the patio and bbq grill.

The property was warm and inviting. Beautiful view and boosted endless space. It was perfect for our multiple needs - office work space, family dining, space for kids to play and socialize, and massive, modern kitchen. It was perfect for our family gathering for surprise birthday party. Host was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Defiantly a 5+ star experience

Our family of 4 stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was perfect. The view from the kitchen was amazing and made the cook's job so enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed (including a potato masher). The beds and rooms were clean and had extra blankets to snuggle under watching TV. We saw seals, a Great Blue Heron and a Bald Eagle! Thanks for providing the binoculars.
The rooms are not as big as they seem on the photos (e.g. the office) but they are plenty big. The owner is super easy to contact and check-in/check-out was simple.

Happy birthday to my husband, as we visited our Grandchildren/Kids in Seattle. Our Grandchildren’s first Halloween Trick or Treating, as well. Our kids/Grandkids only stayed one night out of 3, but this home is large enough and comfortable for 10. There is an office and a playroom/TV room downstairs and 3 bedrooms (one has a crib and two double beds. Most of the sofa’s pull out to become a bed. which would be nice if you have teenagers or other adults in your group.
The views are so nice. Waking up each day to the water is just calming. It is peaceful and perfect, all at the same time. It felt like home. The owner Linda is very nice and was available anytime we needed her or just to chat to say we are all good.
If you want a vacation house on the water, this is it.
The decks are large enough to have the family eat outside and a grass area for the children to play.
We definitely will be back and looking forward to it!

Property has extraordinary view of Puget Sound. It is clean and decorated beautifully. Set up with everything you will need. Centrally located with only a 30 minute drive to Seattle. Quick response if you have any questions. Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Beautiful home with such an amazing view!! Accommodations were wonderful. Our only issue was the beds desperately need to be replaced. The box springs seemed to be broken and the mattresses were very soft and old.

Lovely views of the sound
We enjoyed our stay, but were not able to use the outside as much as we would have liked due to the rain. But great views of the sound! We saw sea otters playing below us several times, and had some great sunsets. Good places to eat are close by!

Federal Way is a perfect location to travel to either Seattle or Tacoma. The home is beautifully situated in a peaceful location with a spectacular view. We appreciated the host’s prompt replies before arrival and did not have any problems once we arrived.
