Bottom bunk folds up for storage (bikes or other items can be directly put in from back door.) Also room under bunks if you needed to lay a camping pad with sleeping bag under for an extra child. This unit is very nice & very clean. Has NEVER been smoked in & never had a pet inside either for allergy reasons. (My daughter is severely allergic to both with asthma). Looking for nice families who can control their children (No rough housing please.) I do have bikes & baby items (baby bath, jogging stroller, double jogging stroller, fold & stow highchair, baby gym, etc... available at reasonable prices to rent if needed. (Just ask!)
