It was nice and close to the entrance in and out of the park. Close to the beach and fantasy Island. The van itself was nice and comfortable
The van itself could do with a little updating. We did find there wasn't enough cutlery for 7 of us to eat at the same time. The sofa bed in the front room has obviously seen better days, I couldnt sleep on it without putting a duvet over it first. The cooker had only 2 hobs that worked, and one of the external doors needed a new lock on it, and when it was fixed I still didn't feel comfortable using it as it wouldn't lock properly and I felt like it was going to break.

We where moved to a different site we had a few problems which the staff sorted out for us .these problems where out of their control.

only good thing I could probably say about this place is that it’s in a good location close to fantasy island and beach.
there was a strange smell when walking into the caravan! wasn’t very clean! There were holes everywhere in the floor could see through to the ground!

The location was good. Close to fantasy island, butlins, the beach. The weather was really nice. There is a kids wacky £5 for a 2 hour session. Two pub like venues on site and a nice chip shop on site. There is a laundrette too.
The caravan was dirty, mouldy, lots of so called "wear and tear" that wasn't disclosed. Rusty parts, smelt horrible. I had to do a big clean after a long day's travel. It is an old caravan and there is no on site shop. We needed to go to the spa and prices were really high. Overall I was left feeling very disappointed.

Nothing at all, caravan needs scrapping
Very Old Fashioned, Steps A Death & Slippy When Wet, Mould On Freezer Door, Shower Door & Round Toilet, Hair Left In Shower Plug, WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. Looking For Some-kind Of Compensation Owning To This Terrible State Of The Caravan.

My grandaught enjoys the club has they have grab machine for her to win cuddle toys & she enjoys the rides outside the arcades not enough rides in fantasy island for small children myself & husband love the shops & husband loves the arcades
Just wish there was more to do on site for children & may be a swimming pool on site a little supermarket on site but it is an enjoyable site

Nothing much to like about this van
The mattress on the living room pull out bed was discussing springs were rusty the so called mattress was stained and smelt fusty so me misses ended sleeping on floor with cushions from sofa which stressed us both out for rest of holiday.
