I loved the location and the staff was awesome!

It was okay, no real issues

The room was comfortable, beds were great to sleep in. The breakfast was impressive, it's hard to find a hotel that actually makes pre-made sandwiches, omelets, etc. I always enjoy the waffles, but the prepared food was a surprise.

When I checked in I asked the front desk manager for late checkout at noon the next day. She said that wouldn't be a problem. The next day we were harassed 3 times, and the 4th time the lady told us at 11:15a that we need to be out at 11:30 because the manager that was on duty this morning said they had to get the rooms turned over because they had a lot of people coming. This was frustrating and a leisurely morning was abruptly ruined. Don't promise something you don't intend to honor. Plus, when I asked for a quiet room they put us on the 4th floor and assured me that it would be a quiet room (my wife is a light sleeper). Well, apparently they decided to put a family with a young child above us that was running around until 3 a.m. - I would think that they could note the fact that the room below needed a quiet room and NOT put a small child in the room above. Home2 is a great hotel. The staff at this location came up short for us.

We’ll first we couldn’t check in reception was taking a smoke break way over 20 minutes she was in her car second we went to our room after finally getting checked in our door was open the shower was dirty microwave was dirty commode was broken and when we complained to the receptionist she just said the the housekeeper be tripping at times … I was like can we get another room she said she will check our room out which never did . We came back like after 1 to the same dirty room very piss. I complain to the morning receptionist she was so sweet and wonderful and assured me she will talk to night receptionist and house keeping..

The headboard fell off the wall on my 2 year old fingers and my nieces head. The gm wasn’t apologetic at all. He came in, did a report and left with no remorse.

The daily breakfast was good, and the location was excellent.

I needed more toiletries - like toilet paper and paper towel. I also think that the rooms should be cleaned daily, if that is requested by the customer. The customer should not have to request via the front desk for the room to be cleaned.

My room was nice, but one of the covers on the bed had a yellow stain so I didn’t sleep under it, and I had a dirty towel, but either than that good stay

Nice facilities, but the room could have been cleaned more. LIVE ROACH crawling on our food in the refrigerator. Had to throw away all that food; money lost!

Had overnight food in fridge.Opened the next morning to prepare and eat. My Wife was met by a ROACH that was LIVE and crawling on our food! VERY Disappointing since I have membership points with another company!Family members suggested the stay since it was close to the venue and your hotel was very nice! In checking out I told the Reservations person of the problem;"crickets!" No,I'm sorry or tell the manager to make an adjustment;nothing but goodbye!VERY Disappointing Sir!

Found a previous guests undergarments on the floor next to the closet. Also what appeared to be unfolded used sheets in the cabinet underneath the TV. Don't know if they had been washed or not. Can opener had rust on it inside the drawer and some of the silverware was dirty. Bed was comfortable,however the pillows were awful.
