Wonderful home -comfortable, well stocked, clean, and a great location. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach and the view of the ocean from the porch. We had a really wonderful time and would stay there again😀😀

This was an amazing home with close proximity to the beach and had everything that we needed for the weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Overall, our trip was perfect! Ingrid was so warm and welcoming we truly felt like her guests. I called her the morning after our arrival with a couple questions about campfires on the beach and fishing and turned into a great 10-minute conversation. The house is large and has a wonderful breeze when all the windows are open. All the floors are finished natural wood and so it’s very clean even though she allows dogs. The deck wraps around the house and feels huge when you’re there, the deck feels bigger than it looks in the photos. The kitchen is huge and there was plenty of room, even on the night we had a few friends over! The neighbors were friendly, and we felt safe and at home right from the start. This is a beautiful little residential neighborhood perfect for families and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, but if you’re a bunch of college kids looking for a place to “party” you should look elsewhere. The ocean is close you can sit on the deck and listen to the waves crash after the kids go to bed, and beach access is very close and an easy flat walk. Recommended activity: walk the beach all the way down to the tide pools and head into town for lunch, then walk all the way back! It’s about 5 miles round trip so wear sunscreen, but it’s a simple relaxing all day activity.

The house is perfect for a weekend getaway with everything needed to have a relaxing vacation. Checking in and out was easy. The house layout is great, and my son appreciated the bedroom above the detached garage. Be aware- the house does carry noise, as the floors are wood and has limited carpeting. Still, I would stay here again.

Our group of mixed ages had a great stay at this property. The layout of the house provided for good opportunities to be together and to have our own separate spaces as needed. The kitchen is filled with a wonderful variety of all the tools we needed for Thanksgiving meals and beyond. Ingrid was always on top of any communication needed from the booking of the property to the time we left.

Beautiful property in a very nice neighborhood. The walk to the beach was lovely. The path to the beach was like walking through a secret garden and it only took 5 minutes! The house is well kept and very clean. The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans, dishes and glassware. My guests said they thought the house was beautiful, roomy and comfortable.

Seriously I’ve never seen a better vacation house. There is truly no place more perfect for our family. Forget 5 stars, this place gets 10! We brought my parents and their little dog, my sister, brother-in-law and their 2 babies, and myself and my husband and our dog. Each family had their own bathroom plus a hall toilet, everyone had their own space to retreat to if needed. EVERYTHING has been thought of. Dog bowls, extra leashes and poo bags, baby gates, extra towels and blankets, everything you need for a day at the beach including chairs for everyone. Did I mention this place was perfect?!? I almost don’t want to leave a good review because I want it to be open for my group to go again. This family trip was a Christmas present from my dad to his kids. After a tough year of my moms cancer treatments, we needed this family time together. I can not thank you enough for giving us a home to make these memories together. Thank you Ingrid.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and included a lot of amenities. We liked the location. It was close to the beach, the casino, and a grocery story. Our kids also enjoyed watching movies on Disney+. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. The communication with Ingrid was also positive. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because I noticed the floors could have used a cleaning. After we gave our kids a bath and then they were walking around the house, I noticed there feet were dirty from the floors.
