We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in the perfect location. The owners were so nice. We had everything we needed and the fridge was stocked with snacks and beverages. The house was very clean. We loved everything about this place and definitely will be back!

This house is adorable, new, very clean and well decorated and stocked. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. It’s in a cute neighborhood within walking distance to the water and a quick drive to downtown full of restaurants and shops. I will stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying at Ren's place! She went above and beyond by stocking the fridge and pantry with complimentary food and beverages. The location was perfect and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Ren also provided great recommendations to various restaurants! It was a great experience and I highly recommend stay here!!!

My wife and I had a wonderful time enjoying the very well appointed unit and the Coeur d'Alene downtown area right down the street. Ren was very informative about the space and the best local eats so we won't hesitate to stay again when we return to the area.

This was our first visit to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and this house was definitely a high point. The town is beautiful with lots of great spots to eat with friendly people and fun activities. Ren and
Andy (our hosts) were the absolute perfect combo of warm and welcoming. The bed was super comfy with soft sheets, the kitchen had everything in it...it was even stocked with wine, cheese, crackers, chocolate, and granola for breakfast. The bathroom was immaculate, and the neighborhood was the perfect place to walk...houses were decorated for Halloween and the lake was gorgeous at sunset. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ren met us at the home and gave us a great overview of the property and city. House is amazingly clean and stocked with some treats. 5 star and will stay again.

This guest house is the BEST property we have ever stayed at! The host Ren was quick to communicate before our stay and then welcomed us to show us around when we arrived. The home is very cute and super clean. The bed and linens are so comfortable. The home is located just a couple of blocks from the city park and lake. It is also very close to the Centennial Trail and it was so nice to run around the neighborhood in the mornings. Ren gave us several good restaurant recommendations and there are several to chose from within walking distance. Ren even had snacks available in the unit which was so very thoughtful. I highly recommend staying at this delightful guest house and we can't wait to return!

This was a wonderful experience from the start. Ren was a complete host from beginning to end. This VRBO was the cleanest and best stocked place I have stayed in. Lots of goodies and drinks. Very comfortable and close to activities and restaurants. Perfect for my stay!

Ren was amazing, meeting her we felt instant connection. The house was beautiful, they had everything you needed. Walking distance to the park, lake.
Bed was very comfortable.
One side note we just wished the blinds in the bedroom gave you a little bit more privacy & didn't let in so much light in the mornings.
We would definitely stay here again

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this property, our experience, or the host, Ren. This property is in an excellent location, close to the lake and Sherman Ave. (a hotspot for all things downtown CDA). The space is gorgeous, featuring so much natural light, and no detail was left out. The entire space is created for a true home away from home feeling, with all amenities you could ask for included. Ren even provided food and drinks in a well-stocked kitchen. Upon arrival, Ren shared her top recommendations for nearby restaurants, and this helped us choose from the large variety in the area. I am already looking forward to our next visit and will forever choose this location to stay in! P.S. As a photographer, this is a dream location to shoot in as well :)

We were over the moon with our experience at this property. Ren was more than helpful during our stay. Every detail into this property and our stay made us feel comfortable. It is beautifully decorated, relaxing, a comfortable bed, great location and we would want to visit again. We also loved the recommendations that were given when we arrived. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, everything was perfect. The location is great; we walked to downtown, the lake and park. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks, the style and cleanliness is a 10. Rent and Andy (the hosts) made us feel at home, we will definitely be back!!

Best anniversary vacation!
We came here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and it was above and beyond. Rey was so helpful and friendly, such an amazing host! The location was perfect, we didn’t have to use our car the entire stay. We walked to the lake, restaurants, bars, shopping, and to a nearby short hike along the water. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Amazing property!
We were only in town for 2 short days, but we had the most amazing stay here. This property has it all! Perfect for our small family. Great location. The apartment is completely refreshed with modern amenities, and the owner Ren is also a perfect host, who left the fridge stocked with everything we needed - such a warm way to welcome us!
We will definitely be back as we will making frequent visits to CDA. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Downtown Upscale Beauty
the house was practically new and very tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and appliances. Very comfortable, close to everything and the neighborhood was clean and felt very safe for wandering around.
our hosts were right next door and very accommodating, the fridge and pantry were stocked and we were very happy with our stay, we will return and this will be our home away from home.

My husband and I enjoyed 2 nights over 4th of July and loved our stay (first time ever in Idaho!). The house has a perfect location, next to the tree-filled city park, lake beach & Main Street. The well-appointed one bedroom was extremely comfortable with bamboo sheets, air purifier/sound machine, food & drink staples (& luxury goods) and wonderful bathroom products. Ren greeted us when we arrived (early) and filled us in on the house & location and made sure we had everything we needed, including cool A/C during the heat wave. The fireworks display from a resort boat was lovely and once it was done we were back “home” in under 10 minutes due to the close proximity. We will recommend this vrbo spot to family & friends!
