We spent a month around Christmas at this property with our 3 generational family. The home is super spacious – we had tons of room for 9 of us. The 3 separate living areas gave everyone space to do whatever they wanted. The home’s kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, glasses, serving pieces and even a high-end smart cooking thermometer exactly like we have at home. We used the large dining room table for our family dinners and there was plenty of space for our family….and more if we had needed it. There are games, puzzles, a video game console, a foosball game, a great pool and putting green. This home is tastefully decorated and has a feel that you are in someone’s home rather than a rental.
Teresa, the property manager is one of the best hosts we’ve come across - really responsive and very helpful the few times we had questions.
All in all we’d have no problem recommending this property for a Scottsdale getaway.

Fantastic Property!
We cant begin to say enough regarding what a great property this is and what a wonderful time we had as a family. Mike and Teresa are fantastic property managers, very kind a communicative to deal with and we highly recommend them and the property!

Our host, Teresa, was terrific. However, we had issues with numerous things in the house. The water heater broke down, the icemaker in the kitchen didn’t work. the smoke alarm system in the bedroom kept going off. And we also had initial problems with the pool and spa.
All of these issues or eventually Taken care of. But it was very frustrating for us to have one thing after another happen in this house. Once again, Teresa handled everything and made sure that all of these issues were taken care of.

Great outdoor space, pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was perfect to walk in, quiet at night. Close to golf, grocery stores, and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable.
