Kids love their own private huge bunks in the back (double-over-double!) Parents stretch out on the queen bed up front. Clean up in the well-equipped bath with vanity and stand-up shower. Lots of water tank capacity for off-grid camping (40 gallon fresh, 30 each grey and black). Single battery will run refrigerator, water pump, lights, and phone chargers when you're off-grid. (No Air conditioning or microwave out in the boonies, though, sorry!) The full-length awning creates a shaded outdoor sitting space for lounging or playing. Interior kitchen sink is regular full size (very rare in a trailer of this small size) and the refrigerator is full-size as well with separate freezer section. Refrigerator runs on propane if you are not hooked up to power. We've found that the best way to feed the crew is to prep and cook outside, so have included a 4-foot folding table and a Coleman cook stove. This trailer is stocked with all bed linens, dishes, cups, and flatware for 6 people. 6 large bath towels included, as well as basics such as paper towel, toilet paper, dish and hand soap, basic spices and cooking oil, and a small coffee maker with filters. Your vehicle must have: -6,000 lb tow capacity (that way everyone stays within the recommended max load of 75% of your vehicles tow capacity; required by our insurance carrier) -2" hitch receiver (the ball and actual hitch are included with trailer, it just slides right into your vehicle's receiver) -A 7-pin round connector - sorry, we can't hook up to the 4-pin flat connector as those don't supply enough power for the trailer brakes. -Brake Controller - required by CO law for any trailer over 3,000 lbs Wireless brake controller available from us if your vehicle doesn't have a controller. (If you're going to be towing trailers more than once, installing your own is a minimal cost and then you have it) Insurance will be required; it is all done here on RVShare as part of your booking process.
