My friends and I have been getting together once a year for several years now. This property was perfect for us. Great house with lots of room and plenty of beds. It was awesome to get to hang out on the deck, boat around the lake - able to launch the boat right from the property and use the dock each day. Plenty of activities in the house to keep us entertained and the host was excellent to work with - I would recommend this location to groups of people wanting to relax and have a good time catching up for a few days.

We had a great time at Decked Out! We are a large family of 16 meeting up from several different states and choose to stay at this beautiful property! There was plenty of sleeping and parking space for everyone! We really enjoyed the beautiful views, the very well equip kitchen, and the game room! Really a great place for 3 generations to make some memories!

Amazing.

The property and host were great. The house was beautiful, and the lake was gorgeous for our fall stay.

We stayed on this property several years back, but the improvements that have been made make it even more wonderful. The house is spacious and comfortable with plenty of parking to accommodate our group of 14. There is also plenty of outside furniture to relax on when you aren’t out on the lake. The dock is huge with 2 jet ski docks as well as a boat lift. The host was so easy to communicate with, and so sweet and kind. If you are looking for a great get away, our family highly suggests this property.

The property was amazing. The house was perfectly suited for my wife and I; our children, and our grandchildren. It had everything we needed and more. A short walk down to the lake brings you to a well equipped boat house and swimming area. We rented a pontoon boat and had loads of fun. The host was available and helpful. We hope to come again.

Loved it ! Loved that the dock had 2 levels that provided shade and we could easily swim ! Water was perfect ! Having the foam pad and blow up were perfect for our littles and their safety ! Sooooo much space and decking ! Definitely ALOT of stairs that wore us all out .

Our time spent at Smith Lake was amazing! This home, and the owner, made our trip so easy and relaxing- which is hard to do when traveling with a large family group! The home is so well appointed, and the gracious hosts give access to several fun water “toys” which made the time even better for our family reunion. We spent every day on the dock, watch the kids jump from the top, and just relaxing and floating in the beautiful lake. Perfect summer vacation!

Perfect location. Beautiful property. The kids loved swimming and using the Lilly pad.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! It is a beautiful home nestled high in the trees. We loved the privacy of the location as well. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and each deck is perfect for the views of the lake. The kitchen was fully equipped for any meal and the beds slept wonderfully. Boat rental was a six minute drive away and management responded immediately with any questions. We would recommend this home to friends and family!!

This is a great property in a good location with owner management which makes communication much better in my experience. The house has a ton of extras inside and out to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen was well stocked. We vacation at Smtih Lake a lot and can assure you that if you have a large group, you'll have a great stay at this property. We'll be back again soon!!

This place was great for our family vacation. The house is wonderful, and the new decks and the double decker dock are truly outstanding. And the lake was great, it was deep, clean and during the week, it had very little boat traffic.

There are so many great things about this house, plenty of space, clean, comfy beds, easy walk to dock, great sitting areas, stocked kitchen, 2 Refrigerators, jet ski ports, game room, lake toys. Owner is wonderful to work with. We were just taken off guard that one of the bedrooms was not a private space, but we worked it out. Our group of 14 had a terrific vacation, highly recommend this house.

This was a beautiful house with brand new decks and a great view. Beds were very comfortable and they left access to a storage closet with plenty of toilet paper, bedding, etc. My extended family of 11 enjoyed the house very much. The game room downstairs was a huge hit with the kids and the adults. We loved sitting on the decks in the comfortable chairs and talking or enjoying the view. The kids loved jumping off the boat dock upper level as long as the lake level was high enough. The 3 house levels gave plenty of room for large families to spread out and not be on top of each other all week. The front circular driveway was very daunting with a boat. I wouldn't advise pulling a boat down there or using boat ramp unless you have 4-wheel drive and a small boat. Two of the bedrooms upstairs are connected in that you have to walk through one to get to the other. You can see this on the youtube video, which wasn't there when I booked. The downstairs bedroom was changed from a king bed to two bunk beds after I booked, which was really only an issue for me as the single adult since I planned to use the downstairs bedroom but then had to switch to the pass-through bedroom. A couple things needed to be fixed but the host was very communicative and helpful all week. She sent a plumber who was extremely nice and helpful as well. We loved our stay at "Decked Out"!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, it is in a great location on Smith Lake with very convenient access. The view and dock are great along with a nice game room the children really enjoyed. All the beds had very high quality mattress's that we really appreciated. We plan to come back!
