First impression upon arriving was "YES". The property is professionally managed down to the detail. You open the door and it's everything you see in the pictures but more because it is open warm and incredibly functional for a small gathering. Rules are laid out in clear detail, easy peasy if you are neet, clean and attentive anyway. The nautical setting out back, especially on a moonlit night is stunning and calm. Like instant peacefulness. I feel like I found my place when I come to see my sisters. This reunion was our first gathering in 6 years. The property helped us execute this very special occasion in a very special way. Thank you Hank!

First, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Given our heightened sensitivity to fragrance we have to be extremely careful. Hank was very empathetic. So when we arrived the house was immaculate and he ensured the cleaning crews limited the use of fragrance filled cleaners, especially bleach.
Then the house is well appointed and the view (sunsets) are amazing over Lake Louise. You are literally a block from the inlet and the most amazing fresh fish right around the corner...you can walk.
Walk to Jenkinsons for the adults or a few blocks to the boardwalk (for the adults too;-).
We returned because of a trip experience we had had with Hank in early June of this year. Again, amazing! Clean house. Safe neighborhood. Nice and cordial neighbors and without being in the chaos of traffic, you are literally about a block form all the fun.
It was sincerely a 5-star and it feels like you are coming home. We also had the pleasure of a Swan family swimming by everyday...we saw them in June when their baby was tiny and this time he was all grown up! It was such a serene sight. Ohhhh yeah, we even cooked out and we were able to take our little boy, Asher, an American Cocker. He loves it there!

The house was beautiful and Hank was very nice. One of us left something behind accidentally and Hank kindly let us pick them up the next day.

This house was awesome and perfect for have two couples over for dinner (our best friends whom we haven't seen in years). We highly recommend this rental. In fact my Sister Rented a VRBO a couple blocks away and would Rent this on for their next upcoming trip. Thank you for sharing your home.

We are originally from NJ and came up for our Nieces Wedding. We live in FL and truly miss the Boardwalk. This house was awesome and perfect for have two couples over for dinner (our best friends whom we haven't seen in years). We highly recommend this rental. Nice location and a perfect spot for our week at the shore. Just down the street from family so it was very convenient. Beautiful views of the lake and sunsets were a nice way to relax. We came in March so it was quite chilly and windy. A little weather stripping in the windows and sliding doors would go a long way to help with noise and drafts. In fact I bought some to stuff into the slider in the master after not being able to sleep. The house is nicely appointed but some hooks and a full length mirror would have been nice. I would definitely stay there again, but unfortunately you’re booked solid all summer. Maybe next year. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

My family attended a wedding in Brick. The location of the house was perfect for our stay. The house was great for the amount of people we had. It was clean and the view was great. Our twin 2 year old grandsons were with us and it was great taking them to the beach and boardwalk.

Location is amazing!
We had a wonderful stay. The location couldn't be more perfect. Beautiful water views, just a couple blocks from beach and boardwalk. Friendly neighbors, great restaurants and tons of family activities. The house had everything we needed, easy checking process and was a comfortable stay. The interior of the house was clean but more "used " / had more prior rental wear then the pictures showed.
Overall great stay and would come back!

It was good to get away for a few days after the long pandemic. The home was in a very good location -- close to everything in Point Pleasant Beach. We enjoyed our stay. The home was very relaxing with great views of the lake. Highly recommend!

Our group of 6 adults and a therapy dog fit perfectly into this home. The view of the canal was great and proved very relaxing. The home is in great condition and everything we needed was available. Close walking distance to all the attractions, beach and restaurants/bars. We would highly recommend this property. Hope to return in the future.

Loved being on the river, we brought our paddle boards and really got to enjoy it. The beach is right across the street, we did our morning walks and drove into town (1.5 miles) for some shopping. The kids especially enjoyed Jenkinsons. The house was spacious and had everything we needed, driveway holds 3 cars so that was an added bonus!
