We love Eureka springs and always try to find a place that meets our needs Which it did. It felt remote however close to all of our spots. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was nice additional and of course we loved the pool and hot tub. It’s a split level house with the kitchen and living room splitting the bedrooms. Couch and chairs comfortable.

Clean and good location. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. Beds were comfortable after long days of exploring.

We only stayed one night but it was perfect for what we needed.

This is my second time staying here and I love this cabin!! It’s perfect and close to downtown. Also all the staff at the hotel are really nice and helpful!! We will be back!

Perfect accommodations for me & my son to enjoy a little motorcycle riding around the area. Quite & private yet the convenience of breakfast from the hotel & proximity to downtown . We ll definitely be back.

All concerns were addressed promptly. Friendly staff. Mattresses were not the best. Might need replaced especially in the lower bedroom. Hot tub was great!

Private and cute

The cottage was the perfect starting and ending point for each day's exploration of Eureka Springs. Our day began with a delicious spread in the breakfast room, and after a full day of experiencing the beautiful town and surrounding areas, we returned to relax in the roomy hot tub. Private, surrounded by mature trees and gorgeous gardens, yet close to food and entertainment. We can't wait to return!

We loved our stay at the Garden Cottage which was on the grounds of the Quality Inn. The setting was private and beautiful. The cottage was perfect for two couples and the deck with hot tub was awesome. The included breakfast each morning exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful especially Cheryl.

Although a short visit we enjoyed our stay very much. Host was more than accommodating and the hot tub was fabulous. Will definitely return!

Nice location close to town tucked away to itself. The hot tub was a great area to relax and spend a nice evening with friends just an overnight stay so it was perfect for not needing many extras

Rented for a girls weekend, and had a great time . Hot tub was wonderful, beds comfortable and the whole place charming.

I will say the linens were clean. There is no heat, other than room heaters, since it was 34 degrees overnight, it got cold in the unit. It is older and very noticeable in bathroom and kitchen. Dust on the ceilings and molding trim. The location was good, nice and private. The breakfast room was very good

We needed a clean and spacious place for ourselves and two teenagers. This fit the bill, and was close enough to easily drive into downtown Eureka Springs. The microwave and toaster oven were sufficient for our minimal food prep. It was nice to have a private Jacuzzi! The bathroom certainly leaves something to be desired as it’s quite dated(rustic), but didn’t cause issues. Very responsive owner!

Me and my wife just needed a one night stay on our way to the southern Ozarks, this place popped up and was perfect! If we would have know about it before we would have went a night early!

Very comfortable, easy to find and just a short drive to the downtown area.

The area was secluded. Cottage had a feeling of being at home. HUGE beds, mattresses could be a tad softer but I just like mine soft. Would recommend staying here.

Place was fabulously private, hot tub was GREAT, place was clean (just a few cobwebs in the corners). We had a perfect escape from life for a couple days.

We were startled br an armadillo and saw a young deer eating the next morning. So close to downtown for food and shopping! We had to try the hot tub in this very cold weather... it was nice as long as we stayed under up to our heads! The temp didn't get super hot and jets were fine for 2 people. (A few weren't very powerful.) Everything was wonderful! Thanks for checking in on us Patsy! Had a great weekend!

Gorgeous. Comfortable. Clean. We loved it.

My sister and I drove up to Eureka Springs to celebrate her 50th birthday, but didn't want to stay in the downtown area. This little cottage was absolutely perfect. It's tucked into the woods behind the Quality Inn (which is where check-in is located), but is within 5 minutes of everything you would need or want to do. The multi-level set up of the cottage creates a nice separation for personal space, but still giving the closeness feel one desires for a cottage. The hot tub was perfect and secluded for a nice relaxing evening. The beds were comfortable and clean. There are no cleaning products in the home for the kitchen or laundry, so if you're planning to stay a few days and utilize those amenities, make sure to bring a little dish soap and laundry detergent. Other than that, 10/10 would/will stay here again.

We were very pleased with the property. We got to enjoy free breakfast every day with the guest at the hotel in front of this quaint little property. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, very clean and plenty of room for me and my husband and mom to enjoy. Deer in the yard the first morning. We enjoyed the sights of Eureka Springs. We went to the Great Passion Play, haven’t done this since 1990. It was well worth it. Thanks so much and hopefully will can come again

I have zero complaints! This property was everything it promised and more. The setting was serene and private, with the location also being centrally located to everything we wished to go see or do. The furnishings and decor were modern and beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the young lady working there was so sweet as was all other hotel staff we encountered. After breakfast we walked the stunning garden area pathways complete with a large fountain. The beds and pillows were so comfy! The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The owner was so nice and quick to respond to any questions I had. This was a mother/daughter trip with myself and my mom. It was our first trip to E.S. but we will be back! Next time I'm bringing my husband for a romantic getaway. Lots of memories were made. Thank you Patsy!

This place was very cozy and we definitely enjoyed our stay. It did lack a few things that other places have provided such as detergent for the washer/dryer, dish soap, and sugar and creamer for coffee. We bought some at the dollar general. Whoever used the cottage last did not clean the fridge or ice maker. The phone to call the hotel didn't work. However, we enjoyed the hot tub and the place felt very homie. I would stay there again.
