Loved the convenience of the garage. The house and beds were super comfortable. Pleanty of room throughout the property.
Would definitely stay here again and suggest it to others. Karl was wonderful with communication.

We had a great stay-over here on our way to Chicago on Christmas. Having a garage was a major bonus for us (not having to unpack the entire car. The house was decorated for the holidays (cute and not overdone) and we had everything we needed for us and our fur babies. The stairs are steep but totally navigable for able-bodied folks. Bed was very comfortable (a king - yay), and the kitchen was well-stocked with natural lighting and everything you need. Just around the corner was a terrific dog-friendly pub (open on Christmas!) making for a magical stay.

A group of 5 of us stayed at this place in Soulard. Awesome two story house with all the essentials and beautifully decorated! All my guests enjoyed our stay and how close it was to everything. 5 minute Uber to downtown, 5 minute walk to everything in Soulard. Would recommend to a friend!

This was a great property in a fantastic area. I had never been to the Soulard neighborhood prior to my stay but highly recommend it. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. The property itself was very cozy and charming, and the hosts communicated everything I needed to know prior to my visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Super fun place and great location! Our only problem was we needed more time on the morning of our departure (aka I thought check out was 11) because we had such a good time but the hosts were very kind about our hiccup.

5 of us stayed for the weekend to hit some Breweries and go to a Cardinals game. Place worked out great. Close enough to walk back from baseball game. Place was very clean and plenty of room for the 5 adults. Had two cars so one had to park on the street but was fine. Would definitely stay here again on another visit.

Karl was a wonderful host. He responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner. We also loved having a garage for our car. I plan to book this location in the future!

This place was a good location for the event we attended and we were able to take our pet, however it was filthy. I took pictures of the two handfuls of dirt and hair I swept off the floor. One of the owners walked in on us as we were just getting settled and as I was rolling up a stained, pee smelling rug in the kitchen area. He said they had just done a deep clean, They got took on that one, no deep clean here. The supposed art work was hung up with pant hangers. I could go on and I wish I could share pictures. With that said with a little work (paint the baseboards, get real artwork, replace the first floor with nice plank like on the second, and clean, clean, clean) this could be an okay place to stay. Right now it's like saying in your son's college apartment and probably much more dirty.

This was a great little rental for a night to go to a cardinals game. The garage is a bit of a tight squeeze for an SUV but would be just fine for small car. My husband was able to get our sUV in fine just not sure I could have myself. Plenty of space and essentials for our group of 4adults/4 kids. The owner communicated well and answered my multitude of questions about the area. The place was pretty clean, bedding on the beds was clean and comfortable however the extra blankets in the closets appeared to possibly be dirty, one in the downstairs closet wasn’t even folded and appeared to have a stain. But the made up beds were very clean and the air mattress was perfect for two of the kids to share. The box fans in the bedrooms were greatly appreciated as well as the waters and snacks!!

We came into St Louis to play at Evangeline's Bistro and came across Karl's unit. It was the exact amount of space we needed to chill before the show and afterwards.

This is a super cute little house tucked into a back alley! Don't let the surroundings or Saturday morning homeless population scare you off! I promise that we never felt unsafe. We entered super late one night as well via UBER from a concert. The house was super clean and I loved all of the retro decor. It was exactly what we needed! The garage is a huge selling point of the house! It was a tight fit in and out with my 4Runner but I was super thankful to have it.

We loved this house!! The neighborhood was so nice and safe!! It was wonderful to be able to put your vehicle in the garage. Very thougtful to leave water for you in fridge and some K cups. We will stay there again the nex time we come to St Louis!

This was a great place to stay and visit St. Louis. It was close to the stadium and there were restaurants and bars within walking distance. The fenced in patio area was perfect for our small dog.

2 families and a dog fit comfortably in this townhome off the alley and enjoyed being near the pub and market.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. It had everything we needed and then some! Having the fenced in area for the dogs to go out was a bonus. Loved the comfy beds and cute style of the whole place. Kitchen is well furnished and having laundry onsite was a plus. We also loved having a garage. Super close to everything we were in town to do - Gateway Arch, City Museum and Union Station. Responsiveness with the owners was perfect. I asked if they had scissors and they actually offered to bring us some. Totally not necessary, but a sweet gesture. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the park down the street and the restaurants in the area. 100% recommend!

Stayed for a weekend of tourism in St. Louis and the house was great. Only complaint was there was some food from previous occupants under some furniture but other than that the house was cleaned. The location is ideal for lots of locations like The City Museum, Anheuser-busch brewery, Cardinals stadium, etc. Having the garage for car parking was a huge plus. Plan on returning for a Cardinals game later this year.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Felt very welcoming. We stayed over Christmas so everything was closed but walking distance to great food and bars.

We had a fantastic stay at the alley house! We followed the directions sent by the owner and it was super easy to find. Pictures definitely need updated(its nicer than the current pics portray😄) No more green floor! Excellent location walkable to so many restaurants. We also went to the outdoor market down the road and had so much fun! Will definitely stay again. Thanks!

This place was even cuter than the photos! They have done a lot of updates. The beds were very comfy and we loved the private patio to hang out on. Cute furniture and little touches at the house and it was really nice to have a safe garage to pull into.

The property was great and exactly as advertised. My husband and I stayed with our daughter and SIL. It was perfect. Great neighborhood to walk to local restaurants and bars. And a quick Uber to the aquarium and Busch Stadium.

Easy access to owners. Getting in and out of property was smooth. Excellent garage storage for my automobile. Questions I had re: streaming TV services, uber transportation were answered by Karl immediately.

This property is a classic Soulard home. The entry is in the alley which makes it a little hard to find, but the owner gave great instructions. The property has had updates since the current photos - no more green floor! I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay in a fun part of St. Louis!

The owner texted me 2 hours before my check in time and said he didn't know what happened but he can't accommodate my stay, I asked for my money back and he refused to respond. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card.
