Clean and comfortable.
Staff at check-in was not welcoming, bed was extremely soft, charges for basic amenities such as internet. Website indicates breakfast. However, it was just coffee, yogurt, and muffins.

The room had no dressers, so clothing had to be left in a suitcase or placed on a few shelves. No carpeting either.

Staff was very unprofessional. Had to wait to check in due to attendant arguing with a customer about towels. He didn’t want to come out and help anyone else while the gentleman was up there. Seemed to be every time we went through the lobby there was drama going on. When trying to check out had to wait on the attendant who went up to a room with another person trying to extend her stay. Roaches in room. Elevator had a burnt/mechanical smell. Trash on hallway floors

The receptionist Amber was patient and kind. Our check-in was smooth. The location and area felt safe and it was perfect for our stay.

This motel 8.7 rating was very misleading. Didn't get to stay thankfuly because I made my reservation after 11:00 and there was a message in the window saying if you book after 11:00 contact your booking agency for a refund. Horrible neighborhood.

Staff friendly, entire hotel virtually spotless , beds newer and comfortable. Very safe feel, and area with lots of shopping and food nearby. Rooms have kitchenettes w large fridge, stove top and microwave and kitchen ware is avail upon request. Excellent.

Breakfast lacking and same everyday. Packaged Muffins and granola bars or hard boiled eggs. Coffee.
Entire hotel very warm, hallways, elevator and rooms were on sensors so if no movement it turns off and gets hit. Our room went to upper 80s and stayed that way for over 4 hours after our return. I get it's to save money but it made for uncomfortable sleep.

High deposit of $150 !!!!physical check of room before my deposit was refunded, NEVER EVER even in finest of hotels had someone physically check my room before leaving a bit insulting, Did not like. No coffee at all available either.

It was at a great location! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and slept like a baby! Awesome bed! They offered a simple breakfast with great coffee! Thank you so much!
Nothing really. The only thing really is since they do not have a proper dining room, they did not serve a hot breakfast.

In walking distance from the center, beach, and grocery stores
The room looks a lot better in the photos than it actually is.
The door hinges were rusted and they creaked.
The leather on the chairs was tearing apart.
The kitchen furniture was old and could use an improvement in order to as good as in the pictures.

The staff was friendly and very informative. The room was ultra clean and very functional.
The complimentary breakfast was very lacklustre. Plenty 9f counter space the open it up to basic hot breakfast even for a additional charge it would have been worth it. Also this facility lacks a pool even though it was a acceptable bummer.

Was very Dissatisfied when I went to check in and was asked to pay for my stay when I had already paid for the reservation thru booking and had to book another reservation and pay more.

The hotel really exceeded all expectations , they were very accommodating with everything , I had three rooms and they were amazing . I hope they continue to exceed expectations. Would definitely stay here again

I loved everything about this Room. it was clean & spacious. The shower was large. The breakfast was Good. Staff was friendly.
I loved this location & I will return. I didn’t like that I was giving 3 separate rooms that had people on them as I walked in each time. 4th time is a charm. I enjoyed my time here. I was then told my room would be covered and giving a voucher but I only received a voucher which was in someone else’s. It was resolved by the manager.

location, great price compared to surrounding hotels in area. staff was kind and helpful. the laundry room!
elevator had an odor… but i believe it was from people who rode it… nothing hotel responsible for. also, there were some sketchy people, saw car full of women in parking lot who looked like they were on drugs. again, not in hotel’s control.

when arrived to check in, the front desk informed us that they had no keys for the available room that we had already paid for? This is ridiculous and an error that should have never happened. Two
people who were on the road for over 10 hours just looking for a place to sleep had to look elsewhere due to incompetent staff here when trying to check in to their RESERVED AND PAID FOR booking! really bad customer service unfortunately!

I Stayed One Night And It Was People Partying All Night, Up Stairs & Down Stairs. When I Woke Up The Next Morning I Had A Dry Throat & A Bad Cough But Overall It Was A Great Stay

very clean and the place had a good vibe, it just felt inviting. location was nice and staff was nice although we did not have much contact with staff as we got there later in the evening.
