We really enjoyed this home. It was clean and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Everything was as advertised. I appreciate the owner reaching out prior to our stay. The Christmas tree was a nice touch!

The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions, the house spacious and well stocked and the location excellent. It made for a great setting to spend a weekend with our kids and grandkids.

Beautiful, very clean house, nicely equipped kitchen with good coffee!!!! Host was very accommodating and helpful during booking and check in! The house located in minutes from restaurants, shop, hiking trails, wineries and breweries! We loved “green” Wintergreen. Enjoyed our deck time, it felt like we were in the tree house. Definitely coming back!

Came here for a weekend getaway with friends and Family. Despite not having any snow activities due to time of year, the house and other nearby activities made up for it. Its a short drive down the mountain to nearby breweries and activities. The host also provided a huge list of recommendations and ideas for this time of year. Thanks again for that!!! There was plenty of space, bedroom, and bathroom accommodations for 12 people. The home was extremely clean and cozy. The house was nestled in the wood s and had beautiful sunset view's of the mountains. We enjoyed the hospitality of the host and will definitely be staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR LARGER GROUPS.

This property was absolutely perfect for us! House was very clean and well stocked. Even though we had a short stay we loved to cozy up by the fireplace on one rainy day and played some games. We enjoyed hiking and visited some places nearby recommended by the owners. We can’t wait to come back again!

I truly feel the other reviews are fake. I was unhappy with this property for several reasons. There are major structural issues around the home including cracks in the walls and doorframes, holes in the walls and the landing on the third level is rotten. You can feel the floor give away when you step on it. I was charged an extra person fee. It is listed at 14 people, however, they charged me for my 11th person (a 3 year old who slept with me). When I asked why I was told over 10 people created extra work. This extra charge should be listed in the advert. The kitchen table was dirty on arrival. The downstairs foyer was also dirty on arrival. We attempted to use the vacuum but it wouldn't even pick up lent. One closet door was off the track. Another was completed off and sitting the the closet. I have no idea how the handle on the laundry room was missing the lever part but I got locked in the laundry room. There is no fire pit as advertised. We brought things to make smores and tried to use the grill instead of the missing fire pit but it wouldn't even warm the marshmallows. The child gate listed in amenities is a very worn out pet gate that is no match for toddlers. The bottom floor is freezing. We tried to change the thermostat but it's programed so kept reverting back. I did reach out to the owner and told him I was disappointed with lack of upkeep and maintenance. I'm not a complainer nor a review writer but I'm frustrated I spent so much money and feel guilty not letting some other unsuspecting renter know the issues.

This house was great for a weekend ski get away. Extra bonus was the supply of firewood under the deck. The fireplace gave us extra warmth when the temperature dropped into the low teens. Plenty of room for the group and enjoyed the grill on the deck. Will certainly use this rental again next year!
